I had only a few weeks to have a property re-roofed. I didn't even think it would be possible. I called Edvin and he showed up right on time for an estimate. He came very prepared and went over each step of the job. Neither of us were sure what to expect when the shingles were removed. Edvin just finished the project at our home and I'm still blown away! Edvin and his crew are the definition of efficient and reliable, incredibly professional and courteous. We had our roof replaced and a skylight replaced. He recommended us replacing fascia that were rotting, of course we took his recommendations, he went to lumber yard and got the wood for us, we never had to even run to get paint.
Edvin takes his time with the project also, making sure you fully know his plan of action and don't feel out of the loop.

Mr. Edvin was amazing. I call myself picky and like to know everything that's happening. I spoke to 15 different roofing companies and he was the only one that made me feel 100% convinced/comfortable. He explained the project in close detail and answered ALL my questions. He would reply even after work hours or Sundays when he didn't have to. He took care of every little detail I wanted. His prices were completely fair. He wasn't the most expensive or the ""cheapest"" he was right in the middle. My roof looks beautiful. He went above and beyond! He left my house cleaner than how he found it. Edvin Cifuentes installed new gutters and re-roofed my house with new plywood sheathing and new cement tiles during the summer of 2023. With a re-tiled roof and new gutters, the house came through the very rainy winter of 2023-24 with no leaks or drainage problems. Of all the roofers I met, Edvin was by far the most impressive. He is very knowledgeable, honest, detail oriented, and hardworking. His contract and pricing were straightforward and very fair. Always upbeat and enthusiastic, Edvin was a pleasure to work with. Throughout the installation, he kept me well informed of his progress with plenty of pictures and videos, which gave me a detailed understanding of exactly what was happening up on the roof. My phone calls were always returned very quickly. A hands-on manager, Edvin was on site daily. His crew consistently kept the yard neat and clean. I worked with Edvin in late 2023. There have been several rains since then and my roof is doing great.
He is communicative and efficient. His project management skills are excellent the results speak to that.
He also facilitated the new install of gutters making the whole process seamless.
When he came out for the quote he was prepared, answered all my questions and gave me a thorough accounting of what I could expect.
He wasn't the absolute lowest bid at the time but his professionalism and preparedness convince me that he was going to be the best person for the job. And he was.

This company left me hanging twice. Never showed up to the scheduled appointments. Not sure why they operate that way. I even took a day off work to meet the first missed appointment and they guy I spoke with said he'd be there and he never came. Oh well.
