Decking not cut to fit, left over hanging
Did not repair a large dip in the ridge thats was specifically discussed
Did not replace fire damaged decking
Piecing together facia boards and flashing rather than using one long piece where it is possible.
Dangerous working conditions.
Using a rope tied around the waist rather than using proper Fall arrest systems while 30' off the ground hanging over the edge
Brought children to the work sight. Twice
Stole our recycling from our house which we would have gladly gave them had they ask.
sloppy work, and messy work area. Left their lunch trash behind for the raccoons to tear into and spread around.
Had to pay our painter extra to clean up all the damaged boards they used.

I looked for a licensed roofer with a good reputation and was referred to Golden City Remodeling. A friend had used this company previously to completely tear down their old roof and install a new one. I did contact a few other roofing contractors for some estimates. When I got Golden City Remodeling's estimate, I was impressed due to their competitive prices. Also, Tony was beyond professional and very knowledgeable. He was easy to trust and easy to work with. These guys get a lot of work and have a reputation in this industry. I highly recommend them. They sent me a photo they took with a drone, which was very cool. The overall completed roof looks wonderful. Great service from a great company.

5 stars well deserved! Golden City Remodeling went above my expectations. Their prices are not the lowest but it's worth every penny due to their level of customer service and their roofing skills. I had a meeting with Tony before I scheduled the roofing. He was very professional and experienced in the industry. He gave me tips and information on what roof would be the best for my house and budget. They showed me before and after photos of previous work and I was very impressed. The workers were on time each day and were very efficient workers. Everyone was professional. They finished the job in the time we had planned. I would hire them again in a heart beat. thank you guys so much.

Golden City Remodeling recently re-roofed our home. We were looking for roofers who would be interested in taking on a residential project.
