I can't say enough good things about Golden Bay Softwash! Tobias and his son Brandon are true professionals. According to my homeowners insurance company I had an algae issue on my roof and they did not want to renew my policy unless I got my roof cleaned. Tobias and Brandon showed up ready to work their magic--and wow, did they deliver!

Tobias was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Not only did they clean the roof thoroughly for 2 hours, but Tobias also took detailed photos before and after the cleaning to help with my insurance appeal process. He also provided by email a roof maintenance service report and invoice so I can send to my insurance company. He walked me through the process and made it so much easier than I expected. It was clear he is knowledgeable and really cared about getting things done right.

Brandon was super polite and hardworking, and together they were a great team. They arrived on time, were very respectful of the property, and left everything spotless.
