This company replaced my roof and I immediately had a roof leak and decking pulling up at the fascia board. They fixed the leak but said the decking was caused by a building defect. My house was 20 years old and I never had this problem until the roof replacement. I paid extra to have the decking repaired because water could infiltrate my attic. Another area of decking pulled up. After I paid for the new roof and repairs to the decking, they would NOT even return my calls. I had to hire another roofing company to make repairs.

Well it is true they will not return your phone call. I called on the 5th and the lady I talked to was a little rude after I spoke to her and introduced myself. She said someone would get back to me and it is now the 7th and have not heard a word. So I'll use Hargrove.

Good job, completed before the rain. Cleaned up when finished. Corrected problem that was not done properly. I am happy with the job.

Did a great job on the roof but will not come back and complete a little flashing work nor the indoor ceiling painting. It's been six months.

They quoted price, said 3-4 weeks before getting my roof replaced. It's been 2 1/2 months, called sales guy.....no response !!!..... Sent sales guy email....NO response !! called main office, said they would get back to us. NOTHING !!!

When I called to inquire about getting a leak in my roof repaired, first I was told that they don't do ""partials"" but only do entire roofs. Then the secretary reversed course and said, well if you want a repair done I can work up an order but it will be 4 to 6 weeks before anyone can come out and look at it, and there's a $75 up front charge.

4 to 6 weeks before they can come out and fix a leak?! What am I supposed to do in the meantime, let the water keep soaking in?!

It's obvious that this company has no interest in taking ""little"" jobs - they only want your business if you're doing a whole roof. ...what they're forgetting is that in @ 5 years it will be time for me to get a new roof. And if they had actually made me feel like I was a valued customer, instead of trying to blow me off, I would have considered them first for my whole roof replacement. Would have...I certainly won't now.
