Finding a quality roofing company that is professional and honest is great. Called Gold Key after Milton's unwelcome visit. Josh came and checked out our 13 year old roof and said all was good. Even if there had been a problem, they would have first looked at repairing rather than replacing, if possible.

With so many scammers here trying to get entire roofs replaced, it is great to know one that sets the standard for honesty and integrity.

I am absolutely thrilled with the professionalism Gold Key provided when going through a TWO YEAR fight with my insurance company. They have the partners with whom to collaborate (adjusters, inspectors, etc.) to be ready when I finally got the all clear. Adam Clarke did a great job of selling us our roof. The team did a very efficient job of installation. we are already noticing a change with our power bill for the better. the insulation and attic fan are helping. when there was some damage to our gutter filters, they took care of that as well.

If a contractor is simply too busy to do a project or doesn't want to do it, for whatever reason, please be upfront, and respectful, and say ""sorry, we're busy and can't take on more work for the foreseeable future""...then, folks can move on.

Two attempts, with no response, first to Darren, and when he didn't respond I called the office several weeks later and gave that person my details.

1.5 months later I haven't heard a thing and now I am sharing my story on Yelp.

I found a roofing contractor, also with a good reputation, coming to my house this week to look at the issue, finally.

Welcome to 2023 and the world of construction and contractors in Orlando. Super frustrating.
