Our kitchen flooded this year on Super Bowl Sunday. I probably had 10 contractors come out and give me bids on a total kitchen remodel. When Joey came out he was very sincere and informative regarding our options with our remodel. His bid was very competitive and we decided to go with his company. During the remodel process, Joey was in constant communication with us and answered every phone call we made to him. He was always available by text also. His people showed up every day and they were very respectful and informative about the work they were doing. I was referred to Gold Coast Construction by a mutual friend. I had been looking for a contractor for about a month and was either left hanging by them--without a quote or designs--or was told ""You don't want that"" or ""That can't be done."" From the very first interaction, Gold Coast was a breath of fresh air. Joey messaged me to set up a meeting time, he confirmed the date and time via text, and showed up on time. When I told him what I was looking for, he didn't even flinch. The job quickly snowballed in to a total home remodel. The price was right and they were ready and willing to do the work.

Everyone on the team is great. I really appreciated the communication they continued to have with me as the homeowner. Construction can be a BEAST and you always have to improvise with the unexpected. Gold Coast really went to battle for us and made our dreams come true! If you want personalized design experts plus personal attention this is the company you are looking for! From the first consultation to demo to the finished project, this team is by your side. You are updated in person as much as you want and answer all calls or texts right away. Joey's team was so flexible when I changed my mind on a couple things in the middle of our kitchen remodel ... a women's prerogative, right? I just can't brag enough personal attention and quality of their work! They will be remodeling our bathrooms soon!

We would not recommend them, Joey showed up on time, but...when things starting going south like, the mastik on the back of tile was wrong color, the tile is a white glass tile, well no longer..it's now a light grey, and his partner Kevin kept asking for money during the job.
Did I mention they don't answer there phone, it goes to voicemail or there with a customer, the famous text message. Oh did I mention there tile guy chipped my custom kitchen counter top, 5 weeks later still no call back no repair, they send a guy same thing, no show, no call, shows up A week and a half later and says that we didn't have an appointment to check out your counter, but then says that he forgot and then says he had an emergency. Comes in the house and asked me if I have a spare piece so he can Break it and see what's inside, at what material that's in the counter, hello the chip is right there and you can see what's inside the counter, no business card no nothing the guy said I'm sorry I can't help you and left, I got another quote from a company in Anaheim said no problem we know what you have we have a big yard of quartz, send me pictures will be out there no problem, I sent the quote to this company and never heard a word back. The only positive is they were supposed to do my garage I said please refund and they did, my only advice to you is if you're going to have any construction done, run...do not have this company do work for you!!!!
