Excellent team. Madeline provided superior service in providing a timely, thorough quote that I was easily able to compare to other offers. Her communication was friendly and thorough, and she was able to quickly set up a service date when I accepted their bid.

The team arrived at 7:30 on roofing day, and quickly, efficiently, and expertly went to work. It was a good-sized work crew, and they were able to complete the removal and replacement of my roof within about 5 hours. I was quite surprised-I stepped out from time to time to see how it was going and was impressed. This is the third home I've owned and had roof work done, and this experience was superior. Everything they needed to move in order to have clear access to the roof was returned to its original spot. The roof looks wonderful. There is no debris or nails left behind. Honestly, if I hadn't been working from home and seen the work being completed, I would have sworn that Roof Elves has magically appeared, willed a new beautiful roof into existence while magiking the old one mysteriously away, without anyone being the wiser. Very pleased!

Madeline and Greg came out, diagnosed the roof leak. Could fix it on the spot (and did so) and were super affordable. All in an hour. I don't wish for a bigger roofing need but if I have one, they will be the first (and only) call I make! Thanks
