Stefanie C.This company does not complete the work. I am appalled at how they left the job incomplete. No French drain. Gutters only around 3/4s of the house. No mirrors in the bathrooms. Incomplete installation of microwave. Subcontractors come by our house because they didn't get paid from the company.
Saine W.Terrible, very poor workmanship and unprofessional people. Owner of GMZ made promises on work and methods quality to be done, but did no prep work and cut every corner doing as little as possible. Painters were not professional but store clerk out of work on disability that resulted paint drips on entry and drive way. I constantly pointed out issues and sloppy work which were not up to promises and assurances. One quoted repair job was not completed. I had to hire another company to finish the job and cleanup GMZ work. Nothing but a con job!
