I was really looking forward to having a great interaction with Glynn Roofing, however, I never really got to get that far. A few months back I called Glynn Roofing and left a message and didn't receive a call back, but I chalked that up to just being a busy time of year. I called again a couple of weeks ago and actually spoke to Glynn himself. He took down my Information said he be out that week to take a look at our roof and give us a bid. Unfortunately, that never happened, and here we are. Hopefully the next person's experience isn't the same as mine, but just know that if you have to leave a message or set up a tentative appt, you probably won't hear back.

I wish I could give six stars. Mike called me back quickly, came out the next day, and did excellent work for a very fair price. He was working on the roof within five minutes of arriving.

Really shows you a lot about Yelp. My wife called several highly rated five star companies we got hit & miss callbacks and consistent verbal quotes for about $2,000 to repair a small roof valley leak... whoa!

I had told my wife months earlier that I thought it was about a $500 repair since I have some experience in construction but I'm not able to get on the roof.

With a huge storm coming I was finally paying attention but due to the quotes decided to tarp the roof. Mike finally called back and said he could fix it for less than Tarping it, approximately $300.

Hey call the next day and said he be over in 30 minutes and had it fixed for 2 1/2 hours including cutting / replacing some of the roof sheeting around the leak (and removing about 400 ft.² of Tarp and 15 sandbags) for $400! ...and it didn't leak in the last giant storm and I know he'll stand behind it if there's ever a problem.

Don't waste your time - call and hire Mike, an honest American craftsman!

I've used Mike Glynn for the past 15 years. He responds quickly, can usually fit you in within a short period of time and is reasonably priced. Totally recommend.

We have used Glynn Roofing several times over the years on a couple different houses. Each time Mike has been very quick to respond and he has done an excellent job with no problems or issues at all. He has extremely reasonable service fees ( I sure would't get up on roofs like he does for as minimal as he charges), and does great work. You won't find a better roof repair service than Glynn Roofing..

Rain comes, roof leaks, we start calling roofers.

Two roofing companies come out to our house. They do not get up on the roof. From the ground they point out flaws in the circa 1985 roof; out of place tiles, no longer up to code sealing around the pipes, etc. They each make a strong case the roof needs to be redone. They give quotes of $7,000+

I ask my realtor if he knows any honest and excellent roofers. He does and refers me to Mike Glynn.

Mike comes out the next day and GOES UP ON THE ROOF and actually INSPECTS it.

He advises what repairs are needed and gives a price.

I say, ""Hell, yeah!""

Mike does the work in two hours, that same day.

Net savings = $6,800+

Mike Glynn is honest, hardworking, expert, and no BS.

We highly recommend him.
