We are selling our home and the buyers' inspector located a missing roof tile via drone photo. We contacted Mike Glynn via text and he came out the following day to get on top of our three-story roof where he located no actual problem, but also a spare roof tile which he cut and adhered into the position where a roof tile may have been expected. Charged practically nothing (in my opinion) for a harrowing climb and adaptive labor.

Then the following day we got a ton of rain and noticed a slow drop coming out of our hvac vent. I texted Mike the issue and he promptly called me about it. He squeezed us in that afternoon where he jumped up in the attic and found an insufficient seal on an exhaust fan. He was back up on that three story roof where he sealed that fan up and charged us even less than practically nothing.

For the record for such a small job we got almost zero response from others on yelp and Thumbtack. Mike is a good dude and knows his stuff.

I was really looking forward to having a great interaction with Glynn Roofing, however, I never really got to get that far. A few months back I called Glynn Roofing and left a message and didn't receive a call back, but I chalked that up to just being a busy time of year. I called again a couple of weeks ago and actually spoke to Glynn himself. He took down my Information said he be out that week to take a look at our roof and give us a bid. Unfortunately, that never happened, and here we are. Hopefully the next person's experience isn't the same as mine, but just know that if you have to leave a message or set up a tentative appt, you probably won't hear back.

Mike is A throwback to the trusted mechanic in the small town in the '50's that your family took their car to. Great work / fair price.

Really shows you a lot about Yelp. My wife called several highly rated five star companies we got hit & miss callbacks and consistent verbal quotes for about $2,000 to repair a small roof valley leak... whoa!

I had told my wife months earlier that I thought it was about a $500 repair since I have some experience in construction but I'm not able to get on the roof.

With a huge storm coming I was finally paying attention but due to the quotes decided to tarp the roof. Mike finally called back and said he could fix it for less than Tarping it, approximately $300.

Hey call the next day and said he be over in 30 minutes and had it fixed for 2 1/2 hours including cutting / replacing some of the roof sheeting around the leak (and removing about 400 ft.² of Tarp and 15 sandbags) for $400! ...and it didn't leak in the last giant storm and I know he'll stand behind it if there's ever a problem.

Don't waste your time - call and hire Mike, an honest American craftsman!

I've used Mike Glynn for the past 15 years. He responds quickly, can usually fit you in within a short period of time and is reasonably priced. Totally recommend.
