This company is irresponsible. When signing the contract, they promise that everything will be completed in six weeks. Millie (the representative) was very efficient and friendly when selling the product, but afterward, she washed her hands of any issues, saying to contact the company instead. Guillermo Lemus (Willie) promises to return calls but never does, and they constantly take on new jobs without finishing the ones they started.

Our project, which was signed in June 2024, is still not complete. The work began in September and was supposed to take six weeks. In the middle of the job, they discovered that the measurements Millie took required an additional concrete piece, which was an extra cost they had not mentioned before. Eight months later, the job is still not finished. Excuse after excuse, and now they have decided to stop answering our calls.

After months of trying to get a response, they have the audacity to get upset if you contact them on a Saturday--because that's their ""family time.""

The project has already been 80% paid for, yet it remains incomplete.

Unfortunately, we didn't check the reviews on this company before hiring them. Now that we have, it's clear that many of the positive reviews--likely from family and friends--are over two years old. However, if you read carefully, you'll find warnings from other customers about their tactics, which often end with them blocking your number and ignoring calls.

Be aware that this company operates under multiple names, including Global Services and Installation, Alumawood Global Services and Installation, Willie Global on Instagram, and Global Service and Installation Aluma.

We do not recommend Global Service Purgula,they are horrible.They had pretty good reviews,but I'm not sure if I believe in reviews anymore Millie is their sales girl and we loved her. She was wonderful. She could've sold us anything.. They took so long to do the job and I understand there was a lot of rain and then there was no communication with Willie the owner that's who you communicate with their business number goes straight to him and he doesn't return your calls,always out of the country.Workers would show up with no notice they would make a mess water bottles even floating in our pool and juice glass bottles food bags all over..They left huge holes for the columns open for days with no boards covering them.I have two dogs that I was scared that they were gonna fall in them.Many messages asking when they where coming back.. My husband looks out one of our windows from the second floor and notices that they didn't install the fans inside the panels which there's 3 to 4 inches of foam that they're able to install the fans box's,my electrician came out and opened it up and said there was plenty enough room inside now we look outside our windows and we have these fan plates that are covered with 3M goop all over the top of the Pergola,they will never hold up with the sun and eventually look worse and we will need to replace our fans and recessed lights often..One of our columns has something on it that will not come off looks like a sticker was on it,I've tried everything alcohol,goof off and Willie has not returned my calls. This would never be passed by the city.Thats why they came after they received their approval and then did the electric. Now,I know why they waited on the electrical part of the job. My electrician told me he can wire them correctly and put them inside the panels..The 2 panels are ruined by the holes that they made.I told Willie we would do the electrical work ourselves just please replace two of the panels and damaged column,we will deal with all the other up lighting patches that are on top of it.No phone call back.I have a neighbor that has a purgula and his fans and lights electric inside in between the panels.I texted Willie and begged him to please just replace the 2 panels and we can deal with all the other recessed light sloppy 3M job they did.He said it cannot be done and it can. We are very unhappy with this company and definitely do not recommend..

Sad to say I wish I had a better review cause Iv seen his work but this guy came by took measurements three weeks ago and NEVER REPLIES TO MESSAGES TEXT OR CALLS. He is the worst at communication and everyone who has used him in my community that I know ALL say the same thing. After him saying I'll get back to you in two days I was patient on day 5 and said ok he's busy but second week, third week I had enough. I want to do the work and need someone serious. I don't know how his company is holding up with this type of communication. I fear getting anything done by him if this is his communication style.

This company did a pergola without permits in Palmetto Bay. Tried to reach out to them to see if they can help us bring it to compliance. Willy scheduled 2 appointments and never showed up. He doesn't respond to calls. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Installation went well but then we had a leak and we cannot get them come back to repair the leak. The leak has gotten worse and we are extremely frustrated. Do not hire them as if you have any issues, its impossible to get a hold of them to come back and fix it.

Good luck trying to get these people to follow up, or even call you back. I don't know why he even has a phone. Could save himself that expense.

The material is good And the employees were very respectful. The designed was also to my liking but for the last 7 months to a year I've been trying to speak to the owner Willy. I called several times a day and sent out various texts about the roof leaking. At times he will answer but always say he's sending someone over to check and fix the roof from leaking. I've yet to see anyone Abd not even a call back. This company is not reliable when it comes to repairs and follow up. The roof leaks so much that water comes under the enclosure and mostly from the top of the roof. It's a disaster and nothing but an headache. I do not recommend that this company be used.

My next door neighbor had a covered patio installed by Global Service and Installation and it was so beautiful and perfectly done in every detail, that I decided to call the owner, Mr. Guillermo Lemus. Based on the very reasonable and affordable price, I decided to install an insulated covered porch with the latest LED lights and ceiling fan. His workers are very courteous, professional but above all, the work in impeccable and all done in one day. We are so happy and our patio looks beautiful!!! I highly recommend them without any hesitation.

We had Global Service & Installation remove and replace our aluminum screened in patio enclosure. We had a few hiccups along the way (our fault, not theirs). We are absolutely in love with our patio. They are reliable, polite, and professional. Any issue we had, they promptly respond and correct. 5 stars
UPDATE: I have been calling since July 26th to come out and fix a part of the screen and the roof part which is still leaking in one area. Our calls are hardly answered. Last call answered was Oct 11 where Willy said they would come out and I am still waiting...
Initially everything was great. Not sure what happened
UPDATE 2: on 11/16/18 I received a text from Willy he was going to send the guys over and the screen was fixed. Not sure about the leaking roof area as I wasn't home, but the screen was fixed.
