Worked with David Dashiell who managed me new roof from start to tinish. David did a superb job of managing the project.. detail oriented.. coordinating the entire project and very professional. The Global installation went without a hitch. The installers were great.. good job.. job site maintained and left in perfect condition. Had one small issue that as handled quickly without any p. Excellence- Start to Finish,
We discovered we had roof damage from Hurricane Irma 1 1/2 years after the monster storm. We contacted Global Roofing for a roof evaluation. Based upon the very positive reviews they had online and the fact they were an established local company, we decided to proceed with them. We were advised that indeed we had damage that required a roof replacement. They outlined every step we would not to take from filing the claim to the likely hurdles we would encounter dealing with the insurance company. Long story short, the insurance company adjuster would almost certainly issue a report that would lead the company to deny the claim. They recommended a law firm that specializes in these types of denials and we began to work through a 15-month process of suing to secure a favorable resolution. In short, because of Global's experience and guidance we were successful and one of the most important (and generally unseen) part of the home, our roof was not left in disrepair diminishing our safety ad the value of our home. There are many steps and ""moving parts"" to the roof replacement process (who knew?) and they were there at every step to help us make the right choices. They were particularly at keeping us informed on where things stood. Their work crews were prompt, professional and extremely careful on the job right down to thorough day cleanup of the site. The subcontractors who did certain aspects of the job were also top-notch and equally professional. Job started as promised and actually finished a few weeks early before facing another Florida Hurricane. We would highly recommend this firm. Mike Egan and his team are replacing 16 of the roofs in our community in North Naples. I'm skeptical of contractors by nature & what I've put them through with my own reservations as a board member has left me shocked they didn't just walk away. Yet, he persisted and quickly earned our trust and we're getting our roofs replaced next week. Blake and Mike have been there with us from the very beginning, even when all the other local roofers wouldn't return our calls, emails or answer their phone. They showed up with his license and insurance, without me even asking - they even came to our community meeting. He put his quote in writing and extended his industry knowledge without asking for a single dime. His knowledge in the insurance industry has enabled us to file supplement claims seamlessly through his comprehensive preparation of the complicated insurance supplements. In fact, he worked on Thanksgiving Day to create the comprehensive insurance supplements for our buildings to submit to the insurance. The private adjuster left off major components required to meet code, failed to pay for overhead and profit, etc. He also invested his own funds quoting these buildings that exceed 10,000SF each. He came to our community with the adjuster and his crew, removed tarps and retarped when a local roofer that tarped originally failed to show up. Quickly Mike pulled a couple of men off his crew to save the day. Blake is phenomenal always answers his phone and available for questions. He came onsite to map out the logistics of material delivery and tearing off the roofs and discussed the preparation of staging material and the project itself. This enabled us as a community to prepare for it and know what to expect. If you're considering Mike Egan and Global Roofing, you with the best roofer in town.
