After compiling a list of necessary repairs, we create a customized annual maintenance program to address roof concerns before they escalate. Next, we provide an estimate for any repairs needed along with the yearly maintenance fees. Should we find any problems that require further action and are outside the scope of the annual maintenance, we will present a solution to address these problems before they escalate.
