I feel this company's tactics are borderline harassment. I received a phone solicitation from this company and I was polite (I let him talk about the company and all they offered) but when his sales pitch was over, I informed him I was not interested in any exterior remodels. A week later I had my water heater replaced and the installer accidentally put a small hole in my garage stucco. A week after that, a door-to-door salesmen for Global knocked on my door to get me to schedule a free exterior paint estimate and I told him that I didn't need paint, but that I did need stucco repaired. That seems to have been a big mistake. I wound up scheduling the free estimate as they were going to be able to quote out the stucco repair during that process. The day of our appointment the lady that came out was very nice, but was trying to sell us their very fancy lifetime warranty exterior ""paint."" Being polite, we let her explain her presentation and then she gave us the quote for repairing the stucco and repainting the whole exterior with their fancy not-paint paint. For my 1-story house with a 1,800 sq ft. interior, their quote was for $56,000.00 -- but that was the price before the discounts that she could offer me if I agreed to the services that day. With the ""discounts,"" the total would be $44,000. She said that if we were at all considering the work, we should book the appointment now to lock in the discount and that we would have 3 days to cancel the appt. We said no to everything and asked what the cost would be to only repair the small areas of stucco. It was at this point in the process that she said their minimum job amount for their company is $9,000 (this would have been nice to know from the very beginning). Thirty-minutes after she left, she called to let us know that she had talked to her manager, and they were going to offer a huge discount (the new total would be $27k). We passed on the ""deal."" A week later I got a follow-up call from Marty who wanted to send a manager out to re-measure our house and write up a new discounted estimate, I found him to be aggressive and unwilling to except that my answer was ""no.""

Just had our west facing windows replaced in a 36 year old home. What a professional company to deal with and the installers, Isais and Sammy were the best!! The new windows are a vast iimprovement and the installation was fast and clean. Great product and we are sure to reap the benefit of the UV protection and efficiency on energy. Had back side of house done (east facing) years ago and wish we had Elor do those at that time...probably would have done the front windows (west facing) even sooner. We are extremely happy with the results.

Grant Olsen Stavrakas was incredible! I can't say enough good things about him. Grant was so patient and answered every question we had. He worked with us and our budget and he was so sincere. We will definitely be sharing his number with all of our friends and neighbors.
