Glenn Smith Roofing just finished my house in Chatsworth. Tore off old roof replaced old dry rot fascia, re roofed with lifetime Owens Corning shingles and added vents for cooling. I wanted to add to my previous review. The painter came out to finalize how we're going to do the painting. After walking around and looking at the roof and various extra touches Glenn did he blurted out ""damn, he did a good job!"" This is a guy who works with roofers all the time so his opinion carries even more weight than mine.

I contacted Glenn to inspect my old spanish tile roof. I wanted a professional opinion as to whether the roof had to be replaced or simply fixed. When we met, he advised me that in his opinion the roof was in pretty good shape and that we could probably make it through this winter without repairing it. He confirmed what I already knew regarding the underlying felt paper that needed to be replaced.
I was shocked, he didn't push any sort of a ""hard sell"" on me, but was very truthful in his assessment of our roof. That kind of honesty is what sold me, I hired him for the job. He arrived with his team right on time and began working. They replaced all broken tiles & put down 2 layers of 40lb felt paper on the roof before putting the tiles back on. His team was 100% professional. They went to work on our roof and finished the job in 6 days. Glenn went out of his way to inform me on every step of the operation, I was very pleased. He came by and actually put the finishing touches on our roof on the last day. In this way, I'm sure he could make sure the job met his specifications/expectations.
The roof looks superb, and I was told that it could last approximately 50yrs!! Glenn is local and has a vested interest in keeping his standards at the highest level. I would & will recommend Glenn to anyone considering any roof work or replacement. I hope this helps all those who really want someone who cares about you & your roofing needs. GB

Glenn was referred to me from my neighbor. Very glad I used him. I had a complete 3 layer roof tear off on my house. He has a great crew and they did a VERY GOOD job with removal , and clean up. The new roof was put on professionally and GLENN didn't cut any corners. I am very happy with the work they did , and I didn't get ripped off. He will give you a fair price and professional work. Glenn Smith is the best! He did work on my garage and fixed it after first roofer messed it up. He came in and did it right and cut no corners. He even came by when it rained to make sure water was draining and not leaking into my garage. I will use him again when I do my roof for my house because I trust him and his work. He stands behind it.
