Glam roofing did my roof, I called them when it was raining hard and they showed up immediately. They did a temporary fix meanwhile good weather approached to do the whole roof. We had a few leaks in our roof of 3 years that was replaced by the previous owner of the house when he sold it. We reached out to GLAM Roofing through Yelp looking for roof repair and within 15-20 minutes I got contacted by Vidal. Vidal came the next day to assess the situation, Vidal inspected the problem area but also the entire roof and provided us with a couple of options. Giving that the roof is fairly new, we decided to go for the repair option.

Two days later we had a crew working on the roof and they did an amazing job. Vidal keeps you up to date with the status of the work with videos he takes himself while inspecting the work. From start to finish, the experience with GLAM Roofing was great, they know what they're doing and were very professional. I appreciated the updates and the attention to details by Vidal and his team. They cleaned up after they were finished with the job, the crew was right on time and the customer service was top notch. Great experience with GLAM Roofing!!!

For those who are looking for roof repair, I can recommend GLAM roofing.
Very disciplined, hold their word, great quality and customer care. Never leave you without answering your needs. Vidal , the owner is 24hours on the phone always supporting you. They helped me twice on different roofs. I am gretful to them for their work. They have an amazing roofer Clinton, not the president, but extremely knowledgeable and skillful guy, please be sure that he will work on your roof. They treat your roof as if it is theirs.

I contacted GLAM roofing as we were in need of replacing our roof. I was in touch with Vidal. He was very attentive and kept in constant communication. I really appreciated his follow up and patience answering all of my questions and providing references. In addition, he came over a few times to take another look at areas around the building pertaining to questions I had and show us materials. The experience with Vidal was pleasant and informative. The exact kind that you want from vendors when you are navigating home repair and do not know much about the subject.

The HOA opted to go with a different roofing company in the end due to a family connection - but GLAM was a close runner up. I will definitely recommend them and reach out to them again should we need any more help.

Requested a gutter cleaning quote and received a prompt reply their cleaning services start at $2500. Thinking that was just a typo, I asked and indeed they confirmed there was no typo.

I received 7-8 other quotes elsewhere, none over $300. I have also received quotes for brand new gutters for less than what they are asking for to clean them.

If you don't want to do this job, just be up front about that. Don't insult prospective customers with these games.
