Giza Roofing Solutions team, quickly responded to our concern, our roof has been leaking for several days and we couldn't figure out the exact spot. Peter and his team came out the next day and did a full roof inspection. They were pretty transparent in pricing and in what the actual issue was. These days its really hard to find companies that will be honest with you. It's been a pleasure working with Giza Roofing team, they quickly responded to the concern and addressed it, recommend them.

Two Great businesses I would like to give a review.
Just before hurricane Ian Giza Roofing replaced the roofing on (2) condominium buildings containing a total of 16-unit owners. After the roof was installed, we needed 6"" gutters on the South/ North sides of both buildings.
Peter Giza recommended Tyler, who was the business owner with ""Good Guys Gutters"". After Ian both contractors worked with me as the HOA, President to address any issues. Both contractors I highly recommend. Our carport during the hurricane blew away and struck the new roof, creating damage, damage Peter Giza was able to repair at a fraction of the replacement cost.
Later a leak developed in an upstairs unit, which later was not the fault of either of these two contractors. Peter came out during the Thanksgiving Holiday to work with me on the roof leaks. Afterwords Good Guy Gutters found the root cause of the leak. Turns out it was cracks in the stucco, not the problem of either contractors. Both contractors worked with me to fault isolate the leak problem.
I highly recommend these two contractors. Five Stars ***** all the way.

Both contractors were very fair in their pricing and provided the best service. On the follow-up calls there was no charge. Now, this is the mark of excellent contractors.

Peter, the owner was very thorough during my roof inspection. Took pictures of everything that needed attention and showed them to me before I made the decision to have him repaired. One week later the job was done. He showed pictures of the repair as well, then he went back up on the roof to check everything and told me the job is not done until he personally inspected it!! WOW!! Never had that happen with others. Thank you for your help Peter !! Appreciate you !!!

I am impressed by the professionalism displayed throughout the whole process of getting my new roof after Hurricane Ian. Because they are a small company, it was very easy to communicate with Giza. I was able to swiftly obtain an estimate and schedule the work. Other companies took weeks and repeated calls to obtain it. Their price was slightly higher but the warranties were twice as long as others because Giza uses better materials. The project started when they said it would and they finished on time. Peter and Peter are consummate roofing managing team. I feel lucky to have found Giza. I should buy a lottery ticket but I think I have already won.

If I could give Peter Giza and his Giza Roofing Solutions six stars, I would. I did a lot of research to find a company to re-shingle our large house. After seeing Giza's highly rated reviews, I got a bid and ended up choosing the company. I was going to be gone while the job was being done, so I was somewhat concerned shortcuts might be taken, so I asked a good friend who was a contractor for decades to check when the work was done. I couldn't be happier with the work Giza did on our home. They did a beautiful job. My friend only found a couple of very small issues that needed to be fixed and Giza was there within a couple of days to do the work and finished the job spectacularly. In addition, when they discovered I needed a vent installed over my garage, they did that at NO EXTRA COST. Amazing!! I can't say enough good things about Peter Giza's company and how he communicates with you, the photos he sends, showing up when he says they will and doing a wonderful job. You won't go wrong with Giza Roofing Solutions!

Giza Roofing did what they said they would do. I called for a roof repair quote, both Peter and Tony arrived as scheduled. Unlike other contractors, ""punctuality"" is not a common trait. Both Peter and Tony presented a detailed professional written quote with a completed expected timeline. Diego was the lead roofer and he provided before and after pictures of the repair. The entire crew was courteous, respectful, and informative of the work being done. They left the job site clean without any debris or waste for me to clean up. Both Peter and Tony were personable and knowledgeable of the roof design on this D.R. Horton seven-year-old tile roof. Giza was not the least expensive quote but was the most detailed quote with a guarantee on materials and workmanship. I would highly recommend them for your roofing issues.
