I believe a relative of Gilileo might be decently rated by the BBB, but not this company. We had used them years ago and they cleaned out their storage space with drip molding that did not match our existing drip molding and we had to repaint their ""work"". Find somebody else!

Make sure you get the correct Gilileo! We have used Gilileo Roofing Services for several decades. We have always received fast, courteous, and highly professional service. Our new roof was completed today. It was done by a hard working, very competent group, and is a very attractive finished product. This company uses only high quality materials, and does the job on time, for the price quoted. They stand behind their work with a written guarantee. They are a pleasure to work with. In the past, when we have had old roofs that needed repair, Gilileo always answered the call, taking care of the problem quickly and completely. It is not hard to see why this company has been around for many years. We give them our highest recommendation.

Not customer service friendly at all. They are quick to start and to get paid. Had to argue to get my roof completed properly because shingles were left off. He claims to be with BBB but doesn't live up to the standard. Sorry, I will NOT recommend!

would not recommend this company.our roof started leaking less than a yrar after being done.we had to call them several times to come out and fix the leaks,each time they just patched it and sometimes they came out without equipment to do the job. after four years we began to see damage to the inside walls,because roofers did not apply flashing to roof,but they claimed we were supposed to do that.their warrenty was written in such a way that they were not responsible for anything.other roofers we contacted said that gilileo's work was not even up to code,but polk county inspectors passed it anyway.

Work was done without a permit, even though contract showed a permit was being charged to us. House insurance has gone up because there's no rating on our roof, an estimated $200 plus a year were losing. Have called several times over the past 3 years and have yet to hear from them. Would not use this company unless you have the time to re-check everything they do.
