Let me start by saying that there is no need for even a star! I had my roof done by a reputable company last week. I even had paid the reputable company in full for their job. But here come Gier Roofing company sending my property management company an invoice for repaired shingles. Huhhhhh. First we never hired this Gier company to do a job neither have we received a quote for any job from them. The reputable company that we hired had done the job 5 days prior to what Gier Roofing invoice stated they completed the repair ( which they never did). When confronted yesterday via phone the person that was contacted said he personally fixed the roof and that we should call the office. No answer from office. But today we get a call to disregard the invoice. FIRST OF ALL WE WERE NEVER GOING TO PAY FOR THAT SCAMMERS INVOICE AND PPL SHOULD BE CAREFUL WHO THEY HIRE AND WHO THEY CAN TRUST! It is horrible that in times like these were natural disasters occur vultures and scammers come out to take advantage of ppl!

Noticed some stains on my ceiling. Being the rainy season I frantically tried to find repair options including handy men. I called some large name companies and got a standard, ""Let me take your name and someone will call you"" speech. So I called Gier Roofing and in under 5 hours he was there to give me a quote and even did some small repairs I hadn't noticed. Told me he could fix the rest in 2-3 days. In less than 24 hours my doorbell rang and he wanted to do them right away. Great price and you could beat the service if I gave you a bat. Will call again. I recommend you try them.
