i had some maintenance work done by Gibson Roofing last summer and now have a massive leak that I didn't have before. Worse is that they won't call me back to help resolve the situation. They know best what they did and thought they'd be willing to help figure out what happened and recitfy. I'm sure whatever happened was not intentional but not calling back is intentional and unacceptable. I now have a leaky roof and a lot of inside damage to deal with. Beware of using this company.

Had our roof replaced by Gibson years ago, and it has been leaking ever since. Came few times to patch it by randomly adding tar and still leaks. Gibson is ignoring our calls, setting appointments he never come to. Our only option will be to sue him.

Gibson's representative lied to my 78 year old mother telling her that silicon sprayed on her roof would diminish the value of her home!!! Of course, we all know that is a total lie as Gibson's just want to sell her their $12,000 shingle job! How far some c ompanies will go to cheat people is aggravating as hell.

Had a scheduled appointment for a quote inspection. No one called or showed up. We called to find out what happened, they took our info and said someone would get back to us. This was a few weeks ago and we still haven't heard anything back.

I am very dissatisfied with the clay tile they reinstalled after repairing a leak during the rain storms. The leak was repaired, but when the tiles were re set the edges were cut very unevenly with pliers not a straight cut with a saw as one would expect. They promised to re do the work but failed to show-up when scheduled. There is now no response to the several e-mails and phone messages I have left. For a family owned business they get a failing grade in customer service.'

Gibson roofing was referred to me by business associate. I needed an inspection on my roof to see if I needed repairs or replacement. They came out, inspected and let me know I only needed repair on my ridgelines. I had them do the repairs, it looks great. I appreciate their honesty and the ease if working with them altogether.

These guys are the professionals! The roofers and skylight installers are just unbelievable! If you are looking to replace old skylights in condominiums/townhomes this is the place to go because other companies do not have choices with skylights. The roofers have been doing their craft for a long time. These guys are awesome! Expect the best with Gibson Roofing.
