Showed up close to the appointed time - something of a rare event for contractors.
Did the gutter repairs and cleaning pretty quickly and identified some roof issues which would require a different contractor. Also repaired a broken roof tile and repositioned a few others without charge. We appreciated that extra effort and referral to a competent roofer.

Just replaced by gutters, I'm so happy with them, first of all getting the quote was easy and turn around time was fast. He gave me a time frame of one week to get them installed. He had a cancellation so from getting the quote and having the gutters installed , all within 2 days. Awesome work done the price was very reasonable. I totally recommend this company.

We called Gibson's hours prior to a storm and he gave a reasonable quote over the phone by looking our house up on google earth which I thought was pretty cool. He was here when he said he would be and was very professional. He's a really nice guy and we will be doing business with him again soon.

Back in 2003, we put a new roof on our home and although my wife and I were satisfied with the roofing job the gutter installation was defiantly not up to par. We are painting the house and the gutters this month, so after dealing with the leaks myself all these years and trying to compensate for the shoddy installation, I finally decided to hire a pro. The problem is many contractors and handymen don't want to bother with the small jobs, and as the painting date loomed, I started to wonder if I could get anyone out to fix my gutter problems. Enter Gibson Gutters. Mark (the owner and operator) came out to our home promptly and after inspecting our gutters determined that we could use all of the gutters and accomplish our goals by sealing the joints, reattaching some gutter, and installing some new downspouts. He came out the following day and completed the job in four hours.

I feel like we finally got the gutters we paid for back in 2003. Mark was courteous, fast, clean and did a quality job. I would not hesitate to recommend him. I learned a lesson today. If you want a good rain gutter, hire a gutter professional!

Everything was done by text which I thought was odd at first,Long story short, his(never got a name) response was quick and made everything easy,I got home after work the next day had new gutters at a great price,garden unharmed and cleaned up after themselves,Thanks!

Had him come to my Pleasanton home to clean gutters. He finished the job quickly. However, after a week, I noticed that one segment of gutter was not cleaned. So I texted him with the pictures of the gutter. He was not sure whether he forgot to clean it or it became dirty again after the cleaning. I gave up trying to convince him, thinking that I could never prove it.

A week later, he dropped by without us asking, and confirmed that he indeed forgot to clean that segment. That was quite a pleasant surprise to us. It shows that he goes out of his way to make sure his customer is happy with his work.

I can't rave enough about Mark, and the quality of work he does. He took down our old gutters without damaging any of the eves, and replaced them with screens that are perfect! His clean up and communication was great, I would very strongly recommend if you need gutter work that you call Mark. Very nice to have a business owner have pride in his work, and do it himself.
