I cannot rate this company. They never showed for a scheduled appointment. Took the day off from work only to find when I called Patrick to question why no one showed. He said they couldn't find my house, then he said he messed up my appointment. Not a reliable company. I do not recommend this company.

Very disappointing outcome-very clean roof but ruined wall paint. Had it done while not home, and a few days later arrived at the house to find roof clean but the wall paint splashed, splotched, streaked with something that reacted with its pigment. At first hoped it was just a windblown accident on one wall, but is on all the walls. Called Patrick, he asked I text pictures, I did so, and no reply. Emailed the 'contact us' with a follow up, got a confirmation of email delivery, but no reply. It has become apparent there will be no culpability regarding this, and that a $350.00 roof cleaning has caused need to repaint the most of the house. Ironically it was the home inspector who recently commented on the house, asking if it had been recently painted, who recommended this Get My Roof cleaned. Not at all happy with the turnout of this.

Great company and professional. On time and did everything they said they were going to do. We ended up adding more services ie: Power wash driveway, all windows, sidewalks and all sides of our house. Looks great and nice and clean. Will use them again.
