After talking to a few roofing companies we decided to go with Get Coastal. We couldn't have made a better choice. From Mike, the salesman to the workers, all were
respectful and honest. Also, didn't have to wait months. They also gave addresses of other homes they did close by. We contacted most of them and they also gave them great reviews.

We were very impressed with all phases of the project. The person who did the estimate not only went into our attic to take pictures (in August), but also went on the roof and spent 30 minutes up there. He then spent 40 minutes with us going over the process and exactly how the product would be installed. We were in the middle of the rainy season and they were nice enough to tarp where our leak was. The crews did a really good job on the install. The only reason for a 4 and not a five was the project took longer than expected from start to finish.

Yes I should have read the reviews before hiring these terrible contractors.. so Josh tells us 2 Supply the wood and he would install all the Woodforest ripping out the old wood installing the new wood with the tapered system as I write at the house no wood is removed my wood is still sitting in the driveway all they did was a tapered system they did a terrible job there's still puddles when they insist it would be absolutely no water no puddles on top of the roof the quality of the roof is garbage the shingles were the wrong color yes this is a scam company make sure you read the contract as they will change it on you but do yourself a favor hire a different company look at all the negative reviews they don't even have a one-star rating

We recently had a roof installed by Get Coastal Exteriors - not to be confused with Coastal. They had installed a roof in our neighborhood and we were very impressed by their workmanship. Our neighbor was extremely pleased so we decided to use Get Coastal. We were overwhelming happy from start to finish. We were provided a professional presentation and we were included in the decision process down to what type of nails we preferred. Our new shingle roof also included metal accents. The work was completed in 2 days. They are not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. We highly recommend Get Coastal Exteriors and their great staff for all your roofing needs.

This company is a hoax and very unprofessional. I had them contracted to repair our roof leak. They came and said they they repaired it. When the rain came it leaked and continues to leak to this day. They have been out 4 times and it still leaking. They have refused to come back to repair what was never repaired. We paid them thousands and didn't do what they said they would do. Stay far away from this company. I don't know how they still exist. All the roofers I let come and see, they all said there work was incorrectly done. All we asked is they do what they promise or give us our money back.

Wanted to use a local company! What a mistake. Contacted them after the hurricane, to fix a few shingles and install a gutter. Was told 3 weeks to start and would take 2 days. After calling multiple times they showed up after 3 months . The two workers ( no manager) rang the door bell at 8 am and wanted to know what they were there for! They were for 45 minuets and gone! New nothing about gutters. After more calls was told the gutter crew was be there any day. The gutter crew finally showed up and it was a different company, they had subcontracted the job out and of course did not know what they had to do!
Stay away from these clowns. The only reason I gave them one star because you cannot go lower

Lied about job being finished took full payment and charged extra for some reason.They must have Run out of screws halfway through every other screw is missing.Left trash on roof.The worst experience I ever had.

Had a roof done by Get Coastal exteriors and I absolutely love it!! The guys were very professional, on time, and cleaned everything after the roof was completed. My neighbors love my new roof and will get theirs done as well in the near future. Thank you so much

I had the SAME exact problem as Kerry D in Nov 2016. They had told me the roof was complete and when it rained the next day - damage ALL throughout my recently renovated two story home. Have still been battling them to get my deposits back - and they won't even refund the $1050 deposit on the 2nd home that they never even touched - and never will touch! WORST company I've ever dealt with. Mike lied about not disputing the deposit refunds but my bank read me letters to the contrary. Even their insurance agent said Mike was blocking the claims so said I would have to pursue legal action to get my money back ""like the other lady!"" Maybe that was Kerry D. Un-frickin-believable how anyone would try to run a business like that. The worst part was they tried to make their own employees repair all the drywall - they just covered up all the wet insulation and plastered over it and sanded without covering anything for my home that was staged for a renter to arrive that weekend. Needless to say I lost that renter which will be part of the damages my lawyer will demand. I had to hire drywall repair guys, deal with mold remediation, painters, and deep cleaners as the dust was EVERYWHERE. That poor employee has since quit and so has the sales guy that swore to me this job would go well despite their bad reviews.
