Thank you, from the Bramlett family! In 1968, Marshall E. Bramlett and Rubien Kenmore established Georgia Roofing & Metal Co. as a C corporation. Marshall was a well-known subcontractor for numerous builders in Atlanta during the early 60s. Rubein stood out as Atlanta's top sales rep, equipped with extensive knowledge. The two created an ideal collaboration. Quality has always been our top priority from the very beginning, as stated by ""Marshall Bramlett."" Dora N.I had my roof and skylights replaced by Georgia Roofing and Metal in November 2009, and have had multiple problems during and after installation. I have needed to to call them several times about leaking skylights and improper flashing around my windows and chimney. When I contacted Mark Bramlett in April 2014, once again, about a leaky skylight, he blamed it on leaves and pine straw. He refused to fix, replace or install the flashing because he claimed that I was out of warranty (not true until Nov 2014) and reluctantly told me he would make the necessary repairs for $190. (to assess the damage) and another $400. (to make the repairs). Mark Bramlett promised to stop by with in 3-4 weeks and never did. I called several times and he was rude and eventually refused to return my calls. In the meantime, I have had the skylights and windows caulked at least three times (as a fast fix). However, the recent heavy rains in May- June 2015 have made it urgent that I get the skylights repaired properly, and I have contacted a legitimate roofer who will make all the repairs for $625. I am a senior citizen and this entire situation is not only very upsetting, it is a financial hardship for me. I recommend that you DO NOT hire this company for your roofing job.
