Had some damage to shingles from high winds over the weekend. Called Georgia Roof Advisors and they quickly responded and the next day came out to provide a free estimate. Shawn came promptly as scheduled and got up on the roof, provided photos of the damage, and his recommendation for repairs. He also applied sheeting to protect the area from the elements. They were able to schedule Victor for the repair the next day. Victor arrived on time completed the repairs and provided photos of his work. Problem solved! They made it so easy - would definitely recommend!

I would not recommend Georgia Roof Advisors for your roofing project. I made an appointment for an estimate on my roof and received a phone call from the sales tech an hour after he was supposed to be at my home that he'd need to reschedule. We rescheduled for the following day and he was over 30 minutes late without notification. I decided if the sales tech isn't able to be on time the company likely wouldn't be reliable to work with.

This is one of those companies you feel so fortunate to have found, like an accurate and honest resource you completely trust and value. They will not try to upsell you. In fact, they have single handedly saved my roof and gotten me years of additional use out of it.

I had them out for a repair and inspection in 2020. They were the third company I called. The first two tried to convince me to replace my roof, when it was only about 16 years old. Georgia Roof Advisors not only did the repairs that we knew about, they found a couple of other areas that needed to be addressed. For under $1000, they extended the life of my roof for about 5-10 years. Just had them out today to reinspect and see what condition things were in, and they reassured me I still have plenty of time left. Imagine that! A company not trying to upsell you!

They are now my go-to roofing company. Their prices are fair, they are honest, and they we have had such a positive experience with everyone we've spoken to, from the phone staff to the crew.

Wonderful from beginning to end. They cleaned up so well, you'd hardly know they were there. I had quite a few pieces of rotted wood that needed to be replaced (roof was about 20 yrs old) so I expected to pay more than the original estimate, but it was actually a little less than I expected, overall. I will say, if it weren't for Chase, I might never have opted for Roof Advisors to begin with because they were the most expensive of the 4 estimates. Not much more expensive but enough to where I originally went with another company. When that one fell through (won't go into that here) I spoke with Chase and he was amazing. So understanding of my issues with the first company I was considering, and nothing but patient and honest. He got things rolling quickly. You get what you pay for, and I am happy as a clam. Roof is beautiful, plus they were able to get the higher quality shingles on sale the day they were buying the materials so I ended up paying less than original estimate, anyway. Honest, dependable company doing right by their customers. Rare indeed, anymore. Thank you GA Roof Advisors!

Georgia Roofing Advisors always showed up when they said they would. treated my roof like it was the only one in the world, inspected and found where the leaks were and described in detail the crummy job the last roofer (home depot!!) had done and showed me (the roofing tiles weren't overlapped for moisture control but were ""butted up against each other"" so the water could penetrate in between them) how they were going to correct it. Every person who came on the job from Darrell, Chase, and Jace were nice, thoughtful, polite and respectful of my questions. The crew that worked on the roof were fast and professional, replacing the roof, skylights and cleaned up thoroughly after. Darrell, after the work was completed, came by to do final inspection and put on the final touches. There was no rush to get money before work was thoroughly done and I was thoroughly satisfied. Can't say enough for them. I'm a doctor and thought they ran their business like my office (treat people right and business will come your way) Thanks.

I bought A new house in this crazy housing market of spring 2021 and sellers weren't pitching in much to do or fix anything to sell so we knew we needed a new roof when we closed. We closed on a Monday signed all the paperwork and picked out the roof and had workers there by Thursday and I had a new roof by 6 PM on Thursday! The roof looks amazing, the employees and workers were super nice and professional, knowledgeable and everything was super quick and easy! I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a new roof of any size or incline!

What a great find. I had a leak in my roof due to a pipe boot needing replacing. The showed up when they said they would, provided a video of the issue. They fixed the roof at more than a reasonable price.

In Georgia anyone can become a roofer you just need to get a business license!

BUT less than 1% of the roofer in the nation can be a GAF Master Elite roofer
Ga Roof Advisors is A+ Rated with the Better Business Bureau with 11 years in business! Not like many companies that tell you things like 10-30 years or more (By saying combined experience but that's not the length of time the business has been around) Then the BBB shows them with a year or 2 and they aren't even rated IE NR from the BBB

GA Roof Advisors had a 4.9 rating from 89 reviews on one site and a 4.9 out of 171 reviews on another site.

But what stood out was our sales person Jaymes!

He took the time to explain how important it is to have a company that is Master Elite Certified and how hard it is to receive that certification. How Lots of roofers say they are Certified by a company but that doesn't mean that they can offer the Level of warranty like we received.

James Explained that the Golden Pledge Ltd Warranty from GAF was far and above the rest and here is a few things that stuck our in our minds:

* 25 Year Labor Warranty (even if the installing company is no longer in business) This may not sound like much but I'm sure you have invested in buying something that when you needed the warranty the company that sold it is not around anymore.

* Lifetime warranty on our shingles

* 10 years that we won't have the Algae stains on the roof

* No Maximum Speed limitation on wind damage to our roof for 15 years!
* That 1/3 of the Roofs installed by a GAF Master Elite contractor will be
checked by GAF to ensure that they are properly installed.
* He had their Liability and Workmen's Companies Insurance policy send from the insurance company to us with our name on it not just some blanket insurance document. He had this sent to us BEFORE they started work so we new that we were covered. He showed us how their insurance policy didn't have the Owner and Officer Exclusion box checked (which means if something happens there may be no coverage)
* Deductible we asked could they wave the deductible and they said that that is against the law in GA for a Roofer to adjust the bill or not collect the deductible and how both the roofing company and homeowner can get in trouble for this. He did however tell me that GAF has a $250 Rebate for Veterans!
* He explained that due to our roof being installed before 2014 that we didn't have a drip edge which is now required by GA Law and our Insurance company will pay for that and how important it was to keep things like Pesky Squirrels and Rats etc. out of our Attic.
* He told us that he would be here when our insurance company came out to inspect our roof to ensure that they would see the damage we actually have vs maybe not getting the coverage we should receive.
* He went over all of our options on our shingles as well as the advantages of getting a Ridge Vent installed.
* Jaymes also explained the 8 steps to getting a roof replaced and how they addressed all 8 of them on every roof that they replace.
* What really surprised me was he looked in our attic and saw that we had something called Tech Shield that was attached to our roofing boards that helps reduce our energy usage and if not replaced with the same type board could affect our A/Cs ability to cool our home and our energy usage.
* Jaymes worked with our insurance company to make sure that they properly paid for the damage caused by our roof leak that included ceiling repairs and having to move our items in 2 rooms into a storage container and all this was covered by the insurance.
Prior to installation the owner of the company James Gadson came out to review what we were going to do and be sure that we had all of our questions answered.
The day of installation was wonderful the workers were very respectful and friendly. GA Roof Advisors had a Job Superintendent onsite to ensure all went well.
After Installation Jaymes was there for us to ensure all of our expectations were met
Bottom line I strongly suggest to use GA Roof Advisors and if Jaymes is your sales person then you are indeed fortunate.
In closing I saw another company put roofs on our neighbors' home, and after seeing what Ga Roof Advisors did with our roof I was surprised to see the steps that the other company didn't do!

Wow! A great company. We had to have a roof replaced on a rental property. Checked with several different companies. Georgia Roof Advisors had the best price, and the most amazing thing was that showed up when they said they were going to, did an excellent job and charged EXACTLY what they said they would charge with no surprises.Thank you!!
