I contacted the company and requested that someone come out to assess a leak and give an estimate on repair. I also requested that my roof be checked for damage from storms and assess the repair cost.
I was told by Felipe that he didn't know how to deal with the area where the leak was, and that even if he did repair it he would have to bring out 2 guys it would take at least a day and cost $2, 500.00 more than I paid for the roof to begin with...
I called another roofing company who came out on Sunday assess the damage AND repaired it so that I could contact the insurance company and not have further damage occur to my home. The repair was completed in about a half an hour by a single person and at no charge because they did not want to leave me with a leaking roof during our rainy season. I'm now waiting for the insurance to assess the damage and go forward with the new company I chose...

Stay away from this company. They did a terrible job on our new roof installation. Don't be fooled by their 10 year warranty. They refused to address any problems as soon as they had the money. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend them ever.
