Everything was going smoothly at first. Very attentive and communicative. Wanted to go ahead with the process, was sent a quote and signed I agreed to the quote. Never received a confirmation email or call after agreeing to the quote if/when the work would be completed. I made a follow up call to see when the work would be able to be completed and if they could do the job. I was told they were slammed, busy, and would not be able to get the job done when it was needed, so I informed the operations manager I no longer would need their services, but if they could get it done in a timely manner; to please let me know. Was reassured that if possible that they would come out sooner than later; I would be contacted. Was also told if I could have another company do the job, have them do it. This conversation happened this past Tuesday, I had a different company come out and do the work which was completed on a Thursday. I received a call Friday morning saying that he forgot to call me throughout the week, but they can do the job Friday (today/the same day of the follow-up call), I informed the manager that the job was completed but thank you for following up. I then received a threatening call from an associate who handled the situation terribly, and wants to try and charge me for the supplies they purchased and their poor scheduling and confirmation process. Utterly disgraced with the professionalism, and communication of this company. Feel mislead, and like they are trying to take advantage of people's situations.

This is a good company. I had covers installed two years ago and when I called to explain that leafs where collecting on the roof they jumped right on the problem. In 30 seconds I had the owners cell phone number and texting him pictures. It's nice to deal with a company with good customer service. It's getting harder to find.

Talked to Travis on a Monday to get new rain gutter installed. Was suppose to show up on Friday to get them done but never showed. Called late in the day and said they come out on Saturday to get them done. Saturday they called and they claimed truck problems. I gave up.

Gutters needed cleaning. I talked to Travis on the phone and they were able to come later that day and perform the work. James who apparently is Travis' brother did the work and pointed out some areas where the existing gutters were starting to rust through. I asked for a quote to replace and the prices were reasonable, they were professional throughout and there was no pressure to accept the quote. I told them I will see how the gutters perform and consider it for next year.

I had my gutters cleaned and I can't say enough great things about Georgia Gutter Services. James Wall came out and showed up on time. He was extremely professional and was so thorough with his work. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing and even took pictures on his iphone to show me anything he felt needed attention. I called several places and their prices are very comparable and reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to anybody for any of your gutter needs.
