I had my home siding replaced and painted and a nice new cedar porch built.
They did an excellent job on the projects.
It looks beautiful and they let me work with them on specific porch details we flushed out along the way... which was key for me.
I also liked the recommended change they made to the to the roof line to make the pitch in the middle rather than a lean to porch style.
Michael seemed open, honest and detailed from the start and they were the only company that offered full payment at the end of the project completion which was big for me. Great crew to work with as well.
Also appreciated the level of details Michael went into for the siding and painting process. That gave them the upper hand when looking at several companies out there.

I worked with Genuine Texas Exteriors for a siding, trim, and paint project. From the start I appreciated the transparency and clarity from Michael (owner) and office team (Sam). The price was very competitive and the layout of the bid was very clear (pictures of my home with boxes around the areas where work is being performed, paint details, etc). The paint color match was perfect and the paint team did a great job. Very clean lines around my trim. The siding was square/straight/flush. They have a policy/guarantee to fix any unknown rotted framing that comes up during the project. Defintely ask about it. It gave me peace of mind and I haven't seen any other company include this in their bid. The onsite team was organized, quick (just a couple days for the full job), and cleaned up at the end of each day.

Very responsive customer service both before and after the project. One error, fixed immediately and one paint stain on the sidewalk cleaned and pressure washed by Michael himself.. Extremely good value on the new roof, which I enjoy looking back at whenever I walk away from the house, with peace of mind going into the next severe weather season. From my perspective this company is on a mission to do better in service and value than the big-chain remodeling company they left to start this one. I wish them all the success going forward.

Outstanding from proposal to final cleanup. Michael's proposal was not only the most thorough of the ones I received, but also the lowest cost for equal or better product. Michael was able to quickly schedule his install team, so I wasn't waiting weeks like a few of my neighbors for the install to begin. His team showed up early morning and twelve hours later I had a marvelous looking new roof. Before they left for the day, they picked up every bit of trash and scrap, ran magnets around the house to ensure no nails were left behind, and blew all bits of remaining dirt and dust from my patio and front porch, leaving my property cleaner than before.
