In this line of work, we need people you can trust, provide honest feedback, and tell you how it is. On top of all that, Dana gives you the solution to do it right the first time. Dana doesn't skimp on his work, makes sure to communicate throughout the process, and send pictures to let me know he and his team is taking care of the problem.

What also gave me peace of mind is that he gives a 3 year warranty! Other repair companies I've called doesn't give you warranty after they complete the work or just 1 year. Now I know my roof is protected and the value and quality work given is tremendous.

Went to Yelp for roofing company.
Received several responses and Gentry was first. Checked reviews which were great. Called them and Dana came out that day and found the problem. Showed me pictures of what was wrong gave me a reasonable price and fixed it two days later! What great fast response time. Dana is so personable and very knowledgeable. Been in the business a long time and you can tell. Was great to find a business that is trustworthy and an expert in this business and to the point of what's wrong and how to fix.
So nice he's my roof guy for any future roof projects.

Requested a quote at the beginning of the week because the storm was coming on Saturday. Dana was the first to respond and was able to do an inspection the next day, free of charge. He educated me on the current problem and also showed me other potential leak issues. He gave me a fair quote for all the work needed and was able to complete it before the storm. I had some water stains in a couple of places which I was worried about since the rains had started and Christmas was coming quick. Most companies I called were too busy to even come take a look and others declined due to steepness & slope of our roof. Dana came the next day & did a thorough check of the entire roof. Instead of just fixing the 2 things, I went with his recommendation of taking care of the entire roof at one time. The quote was way lower than I'd expected and I was glad to know he had a good warranty and would do yearly checks too for a reasonable fee.
