Dana Gentry was the first to respond to my request for service. He arrived within the hour and identified the problem which was water leaking into my ceiling during a recent rainstorm. He had his crew out the next day and they repaired the damaged wood and roofing paper. They used Bituthene tape to seal everything. Dana explained how the leak occurred and took photos to prove his explanation. I opted for the repairs plus the complete maintenance on every valley on the roof. I expected to spend a fortune for repairs but I was surprised at how reasonable the price was. I also received a promise of a three year warranty against any water leak from my roof. Needless to say, I will call Gentry Construction for any future repairs and roof maintenance. I am thoroughly impressed with Dana Gentry and his crew.

I put in for requests on Yelp as my ceiling started leaking during the last rain. Dana responded almost immediately (on a Friday night) and was at my door at 9am Saturday morning. He assessed and stated we needed a new roof. I knew this, but was hoping to do next year as we just completed a number of other projects.
He said he could repair and it should hold during the winter. His crew came that afternoon and showed pictures of the completed project and it looked great.
I did request a quote for the new roof as I appreciated his haste in response and his honesty and integrity. His crew was quick and efficient and left no trace of them even being here.

Found the leak on Friday. Got the quote Saturday. Did the work Sunday. Dana gave a comprehensive quote that was exactly what we paid at the end-no surprises. The crew did excellent work and left absolutely no mess. I think the place was cleaner when they left than when they got here.

Dana showed me pictures throughout the process (I do NOT belong on the roof), so I could see what they were doing from the comfort of my warm, dry house. I'd post them, but he came to the door to update me rather than relying on texts. I appreciated the personal touch.

Requested a quote one stormy evening for a leaking roof and received an immediate response. It was a little late and the tech couldn't make it until the next morning 7-9am. Dana texted he would arrive at 6:45am. Did an inspection, had a quote with images of damage and scheduled repair for later in the day.

Everything was done by 2:15pm. Totally professional, gave use options and were going to have them do long overdue maintanence of the roof after the holidays.

Educated me on the type of roof I had and the maintenance aspect that comes with it, to insure lasts its expected lifetime. Recent rainstorm rolled through and we noticed a leak inside the house from the ceiling. I sent out a request for roofing repair through Yelp at 6pm on a Friday and Dana called me less than 5 minutes later. He was out the next morning to find the problem and sent out his crew to fix it first thing Sunday morning.

It was amazing how quick and thorough the Gentry team was from me noticing the problem to it being fixed less than 48 hours later. Definitely will keep them in collection of business cards for the future!

We had some wood rot under the eaves. Dana was quick to respond. He came out for an estimate on a Friday and was able to get us scheduled the following Tuesday. Communication throughout the process was always quick. His crew was prompt and completed all of the work and cleaned up in a timely manner. We highly recommend this company!
