I was was going to my rental property (to get a estimate from another roofer),when i noticed Chase and his crew roofing a home behind my property. I asked him for a estimate, he and Kevin went up on the roof and i received a detailed proposal, with pictures and options,with prices. The other roofer didn't even go on the roof! Chase's proposal also included his contractors license, ins. info so i could check if he's legit. Gentile Giant Roofing was prompt, showed up everyday until the job was done, got the permits and met the inspector to finalize the project. This was definitely a difficult job, and Chase made it look easy. Fast, reasonably priced, and the roof looks fantastic! Highly recommended!

After having dealt with horribly shady roofers and unskilled handymen repairing our roofs over the years, it was a breath of fresh air to work with Chase at Gentle Giant. When we experienced leaks during the recent rainstorms, he paid close attention to my description of the problem, diagnosed the issues and provided photos of the areas that needed patching. His pricing was very reasonable and he communicated well throughout the repair process. When an area of the roof leaked during the next rain, he returned promptly and was able to determine the source of the problem was actually punctures made by another vendor while installing some vents. He fixed the issue for us and provided me with a clear description along with photos so I could charge back the other vendor. In an industry filled with unscrupulous bad actors, Gentle Giant stands out from the crowd with their high-quality work and great customer service. I highly recommend them and they will be first on my call list when I need a new roof or repair work.

I was referred to Gentle Giant Roofing by a Realtor friend when I was experiencing leaks during the Winter rainstorms. Chase came to inspect the roof a day or so after I contacted him. He explained the problem which originated from the original roof installation, provided pictures of the problem as well as a reasonable and fair estimate. We scheduled a day between the Winter storms for the crew to fix the problem. The job was done in a day. After the job was completed, Chase sent pictures of the completed work. It has now been at least 2 months and many more Winter/Spring storms later and no leaks. The exceptional aspect to the whole situation was I was out of state the entire time. Chase took care of the situation and was in contact with me throughout. Chase and Gentle Giant Roofing are my go to roofing company. I can't say enough good things about the experience. With so many company's failing in customer service and performance, Chase and Gentle Giant Roofing are a breath of fresh air with exceptional customer service, knowledgeable expertise and true dependability.
