They finally came out and completely removed and replaced the small deck they did. Much better this time.

Bottom line: they had problems with both the roof and the deck but they did fix things after much complaining.

We had the gutters replaced a couple months ago and the crew was very professional, quick and responsive to our concerns when they were being installed. After they were installed they looked great and really you could tell the crew paid close attention to the details. I waited to write this review till they were tested with a decent amount of rain, ~1/5 inches over 24 hours, and they did not leak and moved the water efficiently away from the house. I highly recommend GE Roofing Gutters & Roofs.

Gonzolo and his team are respectful, friendly and true experts in this field. We replaced some/most of our facia and our entire roof. The entire crew/team truly cares about their clients and bring their best every day (and they work hard). The crew arrived on time, were polite and efficient, and installed our beautiful gutters in under 6 hours (for our two bedroom house). I would highly recommend this company.

Gonzalo was great. We had an extension with a full roof add-on for his team. He walked us through the materials he would use. His team came in to abate the rain we had last year while the old roof was stripped for new framing and add-ons. The final was was clean and amazing. Our neighbors commented how nice the roof looked immediately, while the rest of the house looked like a construction war zone.

He kept us informed throughout this project phase.

Our issue was fairly small but extremely urgent. We had a roof leak in a deck above a rental granny flat and the leak was causing extensive interior damage and had displaced our tenant. I met with several contractors and Gonzalo had the best plan, cost and availability.

His crew was prompt, efficient and 100% professional. I'd use GE for any future roofing needs in a heartbeat.
