My wife and I own a 30+ year old house with a tile roof that was in need of a new roof. We decided to go with a re-roof (new underlayment, existing tiles), because the existing tile was in good shape, and used yelp to contact area roofers for bids. We chose GCI Roofing after receiving 7 bids, they gave a good/fair price up front and didn't use the 'give the client a high price and say you will match any bid' strategy, which I am not a fan of.
We are very pleased we chose GCI. They did quality work, they were fast, great job at daily clean up and responded positively to any concerns or questions I had. Mark (owner) was good to work with, he even had custom paint mixed to match existing decking at eaves that had to be replaced and had his crew do the painting. GCI Roofing met and exceeded our expectations, we appreciate a job well done and highly recommend them.

Mark (the owner) was responsive and straightforward with providing me an extremely reasonable quote. They came out within the 2 hr expected time window and gave me updates of when to expect their exact time of arrival. They repaired a few roof tiles and inspected the rest of my roof for any other repairs and fixed them in an efficient manner and took pictures to show me. They were friendly and answered any questions I had. I would recommend them to friends and would use their services again.

We recently discovered a leak on our roof which caused some damage inside of our home. We reached out to several roofing companies for a quote, but GCi responded within minutes and set up time to come out and inspect the damage to our roof. The remediation company that our insurance recommended gave us a dooms day scenario saying that the entire roof needed replacing but GCi was able to repair our roof. They replaced the affected area and tile that were damaged. They were quick reliable, honest and above all reasonably priced. They made a nightmare situation less stressful and gave us peace of mind as well. We will definitely recommend them to friends and family in the area and use them for any future needs.

I received 5 bids and got a good feel for the roofers in the area. Some of the other roofers had a high-pressure sales pitch which instantly turned me away. Mark on the other hand was straight forward and respected my time. I had been researching roofing a lot and he answered all my questions and made sure to communicate exactly what he was proposing. He gave me a verbal quote and later followed up with an official bid over email. His bid was detailed and thorough. His price was fair, and he let me think about it with no pressure. Other roofers tried to ""highball offer"" me and then later ""discount"" their price to earn my business. It was clear that the other roofers would have taken advantage of someone who had not shopped around. Mark was very professional, informative, and his price was fair from the very beginning. I had a few questions over email, text, and phone. He replied quickly to all my questions and requests.
His crew showed up early and started right at 8a.m. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves at the end of every day. Mark checked in on the project every day and communicated with me how the project was going. At the end of the project Mark walked the roof with me to ensure everything was done and I was happy. They got the job done ahead of schedule and cleaned up all debris. I had a very pleasant experience with GCI Roofing. The price was fair, everyone was professional, and the work was done correctly and ahead of schedule. It just rained today for the first time since they installed the roof, and everything is perfect. I highly recommend Mark and CGI Roofing.

You will not find a better Roofing company out there to service all your needs they are honest reasonable fast very thorough clean nobody else compares to them they did a fantastic job on my very large home completely redid my roof and I am extremely happy.
