GBT finished my new gutters a month ago. When I got my bids they came right out and I got the bid a couple days later by email. After checking it through I had them rebid one little part, which was no problem. I checked references and their work is outstanding. I scheduled work and they showed up on time and did a great job. It was during the heat wave and I put a cooler of beverages out for them. I don't know how they did that work on the roof during that time. My new gutters are flawless. I had a very difficult two-story compound corner and difficult bay window corners that were custom cut. I love that there's about 30 different colors of gutters and one of them matched my house. Waiting for rain!

This company was great! Fair price, did the work ahead of schedule and it was done perfectly! I had a minor problem with the location of a downspout; they not only changed the location of the downspout, but they replaced the whole section of gutter so there did not have to be a ""patch"". I could not be happier!

I hired them to re gutter my 4,000 sqft house. I'd never hire them again.

* Their install staff was really messy. They left little sharp pieces of trimmed sheet metal all over the place. They left nails all over the place, not to mention leaving gutter contents like asphalt rock, and decomposed leaves just dumped all over my sidewalks, lawn, etc.

* They put all sorts of extra holes on the backside of my gutters where they missed what they were aiming for because they didn't measure correctly, which means the water leaked directly from the back side of the gutter onto my facia.

* They didn't get the slope right, and half of my gutters just overflowed from the ""high side"" instead of coming out of the down spout.

They came out and tried to fix the problem once or twice, but I just got tired of dealing with their crappy work, and decided to redo the whole job with another company. It wasn't worth the time to fight with them on it.

Yes, I'm 100% sure it was GBT Sheet Metal. I'm looking at the invoice right now. Nobody said anything about any roof/house issues during the sales process, or installation process (I was present every time you were here). I specifically remember being concerned that I never saw anybody use a level, because one of the runs was pretty long. Maybe I missed it? But results, and other work quality issues would support my observation.

Garrett and his crew did a great job installing rain gutters on our home. Price was very fair and the quality very high. They helped pick great colors that enhances the look of our home. They worked really hard to get the gutters installed in advance of storms and even worked through a storm to get the job done. We are very happy to have chosen Garrett and his team and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
