The deck job was great, and everything was going fine except for some finish work. I brought Mike and Norm out to take a look at an unsightly line where the flashing is on the steps and they told me that was the best they can do. They wouldn't even admit it was sloppy. I only write this review because I gave them chance to make this right and they didn't. I felt this was unprofessional. I can't recommend their services because of this.

Gaveet has saved our HOAs and Apartment Buildings on several occasions during the last 15+ years I have been working with them. Although they specialize in identifying water intrusions and waterproofing, they have repaired a wide variety of items at our buildings including roofing, structural framing, flooded units, and complete siding replacements. Norman and Michael are a great team, honest and trustworthy. I'm always reassured when our clients decide to use them since I know the job will be done properly and we can count on them in case anything goes wrong.

Mr Norman and Michael did an excellent job and suggested what needed to be fix. explained in details what materials are being used which btw quality only. the workers were always supervised by them. I had no worries because from the beginning they told me what work will be done and no surprises. took only over a week and half to finish painting the house, installing outside shutters, fixing wood side panels, adding 2 layer of bricks, painting entrance door and side door walk way, window screens, replacing gutter, wood panels on the patio area and putting new vinyl fence. I highly recommend Gaveet Waterproofing & Restoration Company. quality without compromise.

I had a leak coming from my windows on the 1st and 2nd floor. I called Gaveet for a quote. I met with Norm and he explained why I am receiving water in my unit. I decided to proceed with Gaveet. Norm took care of the waterproofing work and restored the outside and inside of my unit to like-new condition. After a few days passed, I wet the area with my hose to see if the same problem persists and was able to confirm for myself Gaveet did in fact rectify my water intrusion problem.
