If i could give a negative star I would. We signed a contract on 3/27/2019 for a metal roof due to the old one leaking. We paid $4900 deposit. There has been ZERO communication initiated by them in regards to when they will even start work on my roof. All communication has been by me contacting them after 4 weeks. Ryan said that we were told 6-8 weeks upon signing the contract. That's a lie as we were told 2-3 weeks. The fact that Ryan was so eager for me to sign the contract as soon as possible should have been a red flag for me. He won't answer emails, texts, or phone calls. I just want my deposit back so I can get my leaking roof fixed. If that doesn't happen, we will sue and inform law enforcement of theft of $4900. There's a reason they lost their BBB rating. Hindsight is 20/20. Do not do business with this crook.
