Had a gutter come down in the wind storm last night, I contacted them this morning when I found it & by this afternoon it was back in place & more secure than before. He gave me an estimate via text based on pictures so it was a quick & easy process & the work was VERY quick. I'll be keeping Gateway in mind for the future!

Due to a storm, I had a piece of siding from my roof come off. I used Yelp to ask for quotes and got the most affordable quote from Gateway. Ray was quick to respond and professional. When he came out to do the repair, he was thorough and walked me through what he did. He even got on his ladder to pop back in a piece of siding that had come loose for no extra charge. I highly recommend working with Gateway for your roofing and siding needs!

I am so satisfied with my overall experience at Gateway Roofing. I initially called because of the great ratings and they did not disappoint. Ray was prompt in coming out to check my leaking roof. He didn't try to oversell me which I really appreciated - I actually assumed it was a way bigger issue. He fixed everything in a timely manner and even took care of the flashing around my chimney for cheaper than other quotes I had gotten while he was at it. I will definitely use them again and recommend my family/friends as well.

After a fairly rainy season, we had water damage inside our family room appearing along the seam where the wall connected to the vaulted ceiling. It was a fairly long seam developing a crack, perhaps 8', but it did seem to us that the problem was originating at the top of the seam with the water running down the sloped ceiling. We had one company out and despite inspection of the roof they weren't able to pinpoint the issue... leaving us with one estimate to fix random ""potential"" sources of the problem and another quote to redo that entire side of the roof (even tho the shingles still had plenty of life time remaining).

We called Ray for a second opinion. His inspection confirmed the roof is still good but revealed one shingle nail which had come loose, allowing rain to get under the shingle, etc. and run down the ceiling seam thanks to gravity. He patched up the bad spot in the shingle for very minimal cost. We waited three weeks, through some more rain, and confirmed that the drywall which was being damaged was now continually dry. Problem fixed! Ray then came out and repaired the damaged drywall seam between the wall and ceiling for very minimal cost.

Ray is a gifted workman and honorable gentleman. Highly recommend.

What a nice guy! Helped me with both the fix of the leak in our roof (the same day he came out for the estimate!!) AND the water stain in our ceiling. He has also offered to perform a recheck if we notice any further issues. He was not at all pushy, but did help me understand the wear on our roof in general. We only had minor work done, so I can't speak to major projects, but I would definitely use again.

Ray Holtzclaw has repaired my roof 2x for 2 different leaks. In each case, he carefully investigated the leak cause and worked diligently to repair, caulk, seal - everything to get the job done. He takes great pics and explains the repairs needed.

He works very hard, great attention to detail, and I believe that I am getting a great repair for a reasonable price. After he finds out the repairs, he gets the materials needed, and does not overcharge for that. I have confidence that he has fixed the leaks completely (and now several months later, during an especially wet spring - still dry!)

I highly recommend him, and I will be calling him when I am ready to re-roof in 2-3 years.
