We are so glad we called Gates Roofing for repairs to our concrete tile roof. Shawn (co-owner with twin brother Shane) is extremely knowledgeable and his workmanship is top tier. He's prompt and efficient, works almost nonstop all day, uses high-grade materials, and texts photos so you can see the issues he finds and the work he's done. He finished when he said he would and was a total pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Gates Roofing.

Absolutely top notch work! Shawn was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and came to my house the next day to do the free estimate. Once the job began, he showed up every morning on time (including Saturday!) and worked nearly nonstop the entire day. He consistently texted me photos of what he was working on, and took the time at the end of each day to give me an overview of what he'd done. He's friendly and professional, and cleaned up the whole work area before he left. The roof looks great too! I have one more section of the roof that needs to be fixed, and I'll definitely be using Gates Roofing again.

Gates Roofing Company completed my re-roof, today. Twins, Shane and Shawn operate one of the most reputable companies I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.
It only took 4 full days and two and one half hours on the 5th day. I am beyond pleased. My roof looks great! They did an exceptional job.
There were four crewmen. One of the crew, Shaun by name ... not only arrived on time each day, but came early to set up. The rest of the crew arrived right on time. At the end of each work day, they cleaned up the entire perimeter of my property. Shane was on site each day to check on things. He is a perfectionist, making sure that all was going as planned, and that the work was top notch, (and it was, and is).
Shane is a most honest and loyal person. He keeps true to his word. All of the crewmen were very professional, polite and extremely diligent.
I could go on and on about this wonderful company, and the wonderful men who worked on my roof.
I whole heartedly recommend Gates Roofing Company! They are amazing!

Shane is a straight shooter and keeps his word. Our roof leaked during the heavy rain late December 2021 and he showed up to assess the roof despite being swamped with similar calls. The roof needed to be replaced and he ended up installing a little over 4,000sq/ft of shingle along with four skylights. He came in meaningfully below competitors on price and kept his word despite doing a fair amount of extra unexpected work. A few weeks later we wanted to install an exhaust fan but the bathroom ceiling was too shallow. Shane immediately sent Shaun (great guy and impressively hard worker) to cut out a spot for the fan and installed a large flashing. We had to wait a little bit for the materials and to get on Shane's schedule but it was fully worth the wait and the price. Highly recommend.

Gates Roofing is great!! We have a 100 year-old tile roof, so we are super picky. The roofer, Shawn, knew exactly what he was doing and did not break a single tile (that's extraordinary). The price was reasonable and the work above and beyond. Highly recommended!
