I had an issue with my staircase that nobody wanted to tackle until I called Gary. I told him about my issue and he LISTENED to my need rather than just assuming what I wanted like so many others that I called before him. I had a spiral staircase that needed to be reinforced to my loft. Gary shows up all no nonsense, takes a look and diagnoses the issue in a very logical way. Hey we all know sometimes you gotta think outside the realm of conventional thinking to resolve a problem. I appreciated that he uses his brain to solve a problem rather than just doing template work as a handyman. That issue got fixed along with him installing 2 faucets, and a valve that was totally broken that would have leaked in the future. I also like to mention that he spent extra time to figure out how to shut off the water in the complex to no avail but he CAME BACK another day in the middle of his busy schedule when I did figure out how to shut the water off. Gary goes above and beyond, is very clean, and has a fair rate as well. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending his services for anybody that needs some handy work.

Sunday morning our kitchen faucet breaks and our usual plumber doesn't work on Sundays so I jump on Yelp to look for local handymen in our area. Even though on Yelp it says he was Closed on Sunday, I still requested for a quote. To our surprise, he responded within the hour and said he would be available after lunch! The price he quoted was reasonable for labor--not the most expensive and not the lowest. When Gary came, he took a look at the existing faucet and the new faucet we bought and let us know which parts was still needed. My husband went out to go get the parts at the Home Depot nearby, so I think that helped with minimizing the cost of the repair/replacement. Gary was very quick and finished up within 2 hours (and that was including the time waiting for my husband to get the correct parts). He left his business card behind for us which states he is fully insured. I would definitely reach out to him again in the future if we have anything else.

Gary did an outstanding job on our basement and garage, transforming it from a messy place with piles of boxes to an extra 500 square feet of useful space for shop and craft, as well as organized storage. They painting the concrete floors (to make the space easy to keep clean and clean up) and installed 3 walls long of garage storage units and rack shelving. Excellent work, great attention to detail, and exactly as estimated in terms of time and money. All around, a super improvement to our home layout and floor plan that will expand us into new at-home work space.

Gary is awesome! I need some help for installing some shelves in garage, putting up some tarp over the carport, mounting a TV, and installing 2 outdoor lights. He and his helper did it in 3 hours. It would take me 1 week to get those done. The price was very reasonable! If you want to save time, money, and headache, call Gary!

Gary was nice in person. However, being a 1st time home buyer and not knowing much about home repairs, I feel taken advantage of on cost and work done. I don't feel confident in the level of honesty and never want to hire a random handyman again.
