I had some dry rot I needed replaced. He came by the next day and had his foreman fix the dry rot. Very fast and very good quality. Easy on the wallet too. My next roof comes from Gary Welch roofing!

Gary Welch and his roofing crew are fantastic! They did a 5 star job on our roof. His price was competitive and he and his crew showed up as promised, worked very hard, were polite, and cleaned up after themselves as they worked. I highly recommend Gary Welch for your new roof.

We called Gary out to fix our leaky roof. He told us he'd be out there on a set date, never showed. Called him again, and again, and again, and finally he answered and sent his guys out here a few days later. He had told me $400 over the phone, then wrote the bill for $600... Sorry, I'm not paying any more than what's agreed, so it ended up staying at $400.

Next rain storm... big shocker.... roof is leaking again. I called him and he said he would come out next Tuesday... Tuesday came and gone, no Gary. That brings us to today, just got off the phone with him. He said he has jobs planned for the rest of the week and can't get out until next week. What about my roof like you had said last week? There is rain in the forecast. When I started to complain he hung up the phone. Stay away from Gary, bad service, and even worse customer service.

Gary and crew did a good job. Over 10 years in and still looks good.There were only 2 items that needed correction. 1. the vent stack paint failed after 1 year (ace paint is sub par for that type of exposure) and 2. mistakenly replacing the heater vent stack for a plumbing vent. I would hire again.

Seriously a real gem of a guy!! First he parks his truck and trailer in the crosswalk and blocks the crosswalk in front of a school as kids are trying to cross, then when I call him to ask him to move it he tells me to shut up and hangs up on me!! I ended up calling the police.

I had a roof leak and talked to a friend about who to call for a repair. My friend recommended Gary Welch. I called expecting the usual "" I'll get back to you"" response. On that I have to eat crow. Gary answered the phone directly, listened to the problem, set an immediate date and time for the repair to be done. The crew showed up fifteen minutes early and after a short examination went to work. The problem located, pictures taken to show me and three hours later the job was done. The crew cleaned up nicely and even cleaned the gutters! Thanks to Gary Welch and his outstanding crew! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality, honest and prompt service

I have been doing business with Mr. Welch for approximately 18 years on different projects, including a roof replacement. All projects have been completed in a timely fashion and expertise. I would recommend Mr. Welch and his staff to anyone that wants a quality job performed. Property management firms use him on a regular basis due to his fine reputation and fair pricing, but as with all things you can't please everyone but he goes above and beyond to attain satisfaction.

I would not give this guy even one star. They were hired by the property management company to re-roof our rental house. They showed up early in the morning and didn't bother to knock on the door to let us know, just climbed up on the roof and started banging around. I didn't mind the early hour but it was a bit disconcerting to hear people on the roof with no warning! They claimed it was a one day job, which then actually took them two and a half days (no good reason was ever given for the delay). They parked their trucks in my driveway, blocking my cars in and then were surly about having to move them when I wanted out.

Then, their idea of cleaning up after the job was to use a gas blower to blow all the debris right off the roof and onto my patio furniture and yard. Rusty roofing nails, chunks of tar and plastic all over the yard where my toddler plays. When I saw this happening I asked them to please not use the blower because it was blowing debris into my yard. The guy with the blower said ""I don't have a broom"" and went merrily back to blowing crap all over the yard. When I called Gary directly to request that the mess get cleaned up, he hung up on me.

These guys are unprofessional, disrespectful, and do poor quality work. But apparently they had a contract with the management company so they feel that they don't have to have any concern for the people who have to actually live through their ""services"".

I would not recommend this clown to my worst enemy.
