Called to get a estimate on a roof repair, was told the estimator would call me. Waited over a week and still no call. That raises a red flag for me on there reliability.

The biggest compliment you can pay a business is to let others know about your experience. We had a lift and relay roof done...... From the beginning Vince gave no pressure honest bid. A few weeks later Lee the project coordinator called to let us know when our job was t start. The heart of the company is their roofer Gino....He has been with the company for 40 plus years. He really knows his stuff and did an excellent job.....
We chose Gardner Roofing because we have seen them in the Valley forever.
You can't stay in business for forty plus years unless your Good.....
In this case they are the BEST! We highly recommend them.

As someone who had a roof leak due to the recent rains, I never realized how difficult it was to find a decent roofer. I called Gardner roofing and talked to someone who was possibly named Vicky. I explained the situation and she said they would have someone out to check the property in the next few days. As such, a week passed with no response.
My brother also had a property down the street that was leaking and wanted their assistance too.

I recalled exactly one week later thinking perhaps, they may be busy. I again talked to ""Vicky"" who said she would have ""Jerry"" or ""Vince"" call me shortly to schedule an appointment. Again, another week passed by and no call, no response, absolutely nothing. In the meantime, rain continued on and off, and I waited as the leaks continued.

My first mistake was not calling someone else, after the first incident. My brother was also upset as they waited everyday for someone to respond.
After almost three weeks, I called a friend of a friends roofer, who responded immediately and had both roofs repaired in one day, for an amazingly low cost of under $500.00 for both, including tile.
You would think after four separate phone calls, they would have the courtesy to respond back. I guess the good news is Garner Roofing must be making so much money, that they have no time for the ""little guy"". As an owner of several properties, they will definitely not be utilized on any future projects or repairs we may have.

I recently moved into a senior park in San Jacinto and found after the first rain that I had a major leak. I called Gardner Roofing and Vince came out the following day. I was (and still am) impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I did have to wait a couple weeks for the repair as they are quite busy. And I was told this up front. But Oh! I am so happy with the work they did. Every employee I met was so nice, helpful and respectful. The workers cleaned up really well after the work was done also. They even took photos and showed me what was done!
I was also pleased with the quote for the work. They are priced fairly and honestly better than others I have spoken to.
I would absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting roof work done. You can rest assured they will do an awesome job for you!
The only regret is that I can only give them 5 stars! They deserve 10!!!

I had a great experience. They came in when they said they would, finished when they said they would, and got the roof done just before two days of rain. Best yet, the spot that was leaking with the old shingles was dry with the new ones! Conscientious crew did a nice job cleaning up the area when finished as well. I had absolutely no issues. Price was also the best quote received.

Our experience with Vince and his team was great. During the bid, Vince went up on the roof and came down with photos on his iPad which we could review. Since my husband and I are older and do not get up on roofs, we found this very helpful. We have a manufactured home in Palm Desert and it was very hard to even find a roofer to come out and give us a bid. I felt the price for the work completed was very good. 2 of his employees worked in the hot sun all day from 7:30-4:30. They did a fantastic job. They cared about the quality of work they were doing and did it with a smile. We had a miscommunication regarding some vents, and they handled it right away actually going to the store in the middle of the project to purchase materials to give me exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend this company.
