1) Garcia doesn't know what the term ""matt finish"" means in reference to metal roofs. I request a dark gray matt finished roof. I got a bright and shiny aluminum looking roof that is gray only in the shade. It looks horrible next to the rest of my dark gray roof. I was unsuccessful in my attempts to explain to them what ""matt"" means. Now I'll have to live with it for awhile but will eventually replace it with a matt colored roof from a company that has an education.

2) I also asked them to install industrial sized gutters due to the extreme rain we experience. They required a 50% down payment but then took over six months to install it. After scheduling the installation date and time they didn't show up and didn't have the decency to call me. So I waited around for hours. I finally got hold of the installer but there was no apology. He simply said he was coming ""later"" with no stated time. No apology and lots of arrogance.

AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COSTS.

The roof came out decent except it was different colors that didn't match . They blame the manufacturer And I showed them lot numbers were different. Still fighting This out .they prolong as much as possible. I will continue my reviews Until this is solved

Believe all the negative reviews. As a matter of fact, read ALL the reviews. Almost all of them are negative and there is a reason why. Whoever is running this company is either complacent or unaware how bad their operations is. This company is not only overpriced compare to other roofing companies, but they do a terrible job and do not honor their warranty. Also, the contract they make you sign do not protect you. They only protect Garcia from any liability. If they fix your roof today and tomorrow it starts leaking again, guess what? The warranty does NOT cover it. Also, they will make excuses, blame another culprit, and not respond to your emails once they collect full payment. Yes, that is how bad it gets. And yes, there is still a way to get your roof fixed and that's by simply avoiding this company at all costs and hiring someone else. NOTE: they have so many complaints on the BBB as well so make sure to check that site out.

Way over-priced for mediocre work at best. I'm having to pay someone else to come behind them, and the cost they charged was much, much higher than anywhere else (thousands versus hundreds of dollars). I wish I had done my homework on cost before agreeing. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

They did some work at my neighbors, left a mess on my property, I contacted them which they answer very quick & apologize. I ask to please clean up trash and run a Magnet to collect all nails, well they removed the trash but their didn't ran the magnet.
They need to hold their sub contractors to a higher standard,
Some of the pictures show the mess the left ( they removed the trash ) After I went to put the trash out I step on a nail so I went to purchase a magnet on wheels and you can see all the nail I pick pick up.
They half way did it.

My neighbors hired this company to fix their roof. I asked them multiple times to stay off My roof. It was dangerous crossing over different roofs and I didn't want any liability. I did not want them on my property and roof throwing trash off it. They continued to do so multiple days in a row. They left a mess of roofing materials and nails on my back patio from throwing their trash off my roof. I didn't hire them or give them permission, asked multiple times for them not to. The people who hired them had roof access, there was no need but laziness to throw things off my room 3 doors down. They made such a huge mess They didn't even clean up.

Horrible customer customer. Brett Bordelon came to my home on October 4 2021 to give me an estimate on my roof for Ida damage. He toured the damage & said he would email me an estimate. A few days went by didn't hear back so I called he promised me an estimate so I could appeal with Fema. Never heard back. Thank God Fema came back & did their own estimate and paid for my repairs no thanks from Garcia. I would still be waiting and would have missed the deadline. Don't waste your time with this company. Using John Folse to get bussiness. Sad sorry company!!!
