The estimator rescheduled twice, refuse to provide an estimate until we met with him later. Scheduled to meet at 3 different times, he never called nor showed for the meetings.

I'm updating this review because Gracia really came through. After having several issues, we were contacted by Eddie. He did a FANTASTIC job - he listened to us, apologized for the issues, and reassured us that Gracia values its customers and will stand by the company name. They sent out a new crew and they made sure the job was completed and done well. For my trouble, they even agreed to repair a few more slate roof tiles that had slipped during zeta at no additional cost.

I'm very grateful for Eddie's help, and I'd also give a special shout-out to Eric Thompson and Edward Fakier for their fantastic customer service. The truth is that every construction project will have issues, but ultimately its worth finding a company that works hard to put the customer first. I'm glad we went with Garcia, as I can't think of another company that is willing to go above and beyond like that!

Called them to repair the roof after a storm, most important to them seemed to be how much insurance I had when I told them I had a $5000.00 deduct they reply was ""That's a lot"". More interested in my insurance than my Roof. Also, it appears most of the negative reviews are hidden on many of these reviews so don't forget to click on hidden reviews it could be those are hidden by a financial agreement between Yelp and the reviewed company.

I called three different contactors for quotes and went with Garcia because they had a good sales pitch, however sales and service appear to be different departments. After several delays apparently due to weather they advised they would come out, but did not have my skylights. I opted to wait until the skylights were in. After a few more weeks the crews showed up and we're very professional and did quality work and cleaned as they went, but they had ordered the wrong skylights. They put the old skylights back made things safe. They re-ordered the correct size skylights and we waited 2 additional weeks for the new ones. After arrival and some additional delays the work was completed. Quality work, but scheduling and ordering was not satisfactory.

Garcia put our new roof on eight years ago. Since then ,they have repaired a leak in our fireplace and today we here heavy drops on our ceiling in two of our bathrooms. I looked up and noticed discoloration on the ceiling. They can't come out for two weeks. My husband has gone to Home Depot to buy something that maybe can patch it ?

We have been doing business with Garcia Roofing for many years to repair leaks and have been very pleased with their work. Just these past few weeks when we needed a new roof, we knew who to call ... Garcia Roofing! Their staff has always been prompt, professional and courteous with decades of experience and growth in this area of Louisiana. Their roofers are quite professional and diligent in the quality of their work. We had the entire roof replaced with architectural shingles instead of the old 3-tab type and the new appearance is phenomenal. While the cost is now about three times what a new roof was just 20 years ago, Mr. Garbriel Garcia's company is still the best! Garcia Roofing is the ONLY company that will ever have my business. Be warned about other roofers: Do not contract with any other of the newly created, fly-by-night or unknown companies that show up illegally and unsolicited on your doorstep after a hurricane with promises of the best prices. They will invariably have no contractors license to work in Baton Rouge, much less a local business address and contact phone numbers for following up on any repairs or warranty work. CALL GARCIA ROOFING INSTEAD! They have always met and exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

I have to recommend Garcia Roofing not only were they the lowest bid they did a awesome job. Customer service and interaction was superb and when a threat of heavy rains was forecasted they moved my appointment date up to get my leak fixed before the rain. Absolutely happy with the work provided.

Very impressed with Garcia roofing. From the first call to Estaphenia we were happy to find somebody that did what they said they would do. They showed up when they said they would. They were able to add more requested scope to the project as we went through it and kept the price increase very reasonable. The quality of the work was outstanding. The men who estimated the job, and completed the job were easy to work with. We had called other roofers in BTR and got nothing but a run around. Very professional company, excellent equipment for the men, they looked and acted professional. They weren't the lowest bid on our work, but you get what you pay for and we are very happy with them. We were glad to find Garcia and we give them an excellent rating for quality and service.
