Believe all the negative reviews. As a matter of fact, read ALL the reviews. Almost all of them are negative and there is a reason why. Whoever is running this company is either complacent or unaware how bad their operations is. This company is not only overpriced compare to other roofing companies, but they do a terrible job and do not honor their warranty. Also, the contract they make you sign do not protect you. They only protect Garcia from any liability. If they fix your roof today and tomorrow it starts leaking again, guess what? The warranty does NOT cover it. Also, they will make excuses, blame another culprit, and not respond to your emails once they collect full payment. Yes, that is how bad it gets. And yes, there is still a way to get your roof fixed and that's by simply avoiding this company at all costs and hiring someone else. NOTE: they have so many complaints on the BBB as well so make sure to check that site out.

Avoid Garcia Roofing at all costs!!! I booked them for new gutters for a 4-sided shotgun-style roof and it took 16 months to get it done. I feel like a total sucker for using them. Read my story and know that this is how you will be treated.

When I booked the job, they took my 50% deposit and said it would be completed in 3-4 weeks. A month later after hearing nothing, I called in and they hadn't even ordered the materials.

Another month passes and a bunch of very sketchy looking dudes show up to install the gutters. They spent the day shirtless, screaming profanities at each other, much to the delight of my elderly neighbors. At one point, one of them seemed to hurt himself pretty badly, from his screams. They had no safety equipment, why would they?? They left trash, nails, metal scrap, cigarette butts, and leaves from the old gutters all over my property.

So they left without installing any downspouts. They eventually came back with no notice to install those. Calls about that were not returned. I found out days later that the leaf guard I paid for was NOT INSTALLED AT ALL. I guess they just thought I'd never notice! If you book them, be sure to have a drone or a way to get up and look at what they did.

The next time it rained, water poured through big gaps in the gutters and, in many places, they were so far from the edge of the roof that water just ran off the roof onto the ground. What followed was a year of calling to get the gutters fixed and the leaf guards installed. I can't even say how many times someone said they were coming and then just didn't show or call. The leaf guards were finally installed but so badly that a guy had to come back a couple of times over about a 7 month period. He told me himself that he did it really poorly the first time. Garcia Roofing just thinks you probably won't go up and look.

Drew, who handled my job, seemed basically annoyed that I wanted anything done. Texts were never answered at all and calls were ignored more than half the time. No show, no call was more common for appointments than anyone actually showing up. They promised me some measly amount of a discount, a couple hundred bucks, and guess what? When the bill finally came, it was for the full amount, of course. They would routinely ignore my calls to fix their pathetic work for months and months but when they send you the bill, you get a text, a phone call, and an email EVERY SINGLE DAY until you pay. They are the worst. If you hire them and you get Drew, cancel the job immediately.

I hate this company so much, which I guess is obvious from this review. I can't even cover it all here. DO NOT HIRE THEM!

I had my shingles replaced and initialy gave my OK., but the more investiation and reflecting on what I hve found and the response from the inspection, I am changint it to unsatisfactory workmanship. The roofers did not clean the gutters of nails and tar paper before the installed my gutters. I had to climb on the roof to see. it.The roofers nailed some of my gutter guards to my roof. How can I remove them? The inspector had a very hard time fixing them. Plus they installed some up side down. One of them he tore apart to try and fix. Two coner pieces of roof wood were broken and threw on the ground. My attic looked like a dump. Many pieces of wood from the ridge vent laying in the attic. To top it all, they left a pack of nails between the ridge vent and the roof. WOW! You need an inspector on the roof when this bunch is working. I AM VERY DISPLEASED WITH THIS JOB!

I gave Garcia roofing a good rating after my roof shingles was replaced, until I went in the attic and climed on my roof. Most of myy gutter guards were installed up side down and some nailed in to place. The are not to be nailed. The inspector fixed the ones he could remove and put in right. The atic was a complete mess. My ridge vents have a lot of wood missing along the nails put in. Alos in 2 places along the ridge close to the edge of the house was 2 pieces of wood laying on the ground.

Garcia roofing changed out my roof and my neighbor's roof after Hurricane Zeta. We contribute their great, quality work for the reason that our homes withstood the 160+ mph winds of Hurricane Ida! Feeling blessed to literally have a roof over our heads!

Horrible! Had a roof repair some back at the end of 2019 and I'm still having a leaky roof. We called and told them they called themselves fixing it. SIKE , the next heavy rain we still had a leak. Then they tried to come at us with some warranty bullshxt. No, you made a repair it's still not right and you are obligated to fix it. I'd recommend another company if I could. Just don't use them
