Horrible customer customer. Brett Bordelon came to my home on October 4 2021 to give me an estimate on my roof for Ida damage. He toured the damage & said he would email me an estimate. A few days went by didn't hear back so I called he promised me an estimate so I could appeal with Fema. Never heard back. Thank God Fema came back & did their own estimate and paid for my repairs no thanks from Garcia. I would still be waiting and would have missed the deadline. Don't waste your time with this company. Using John Folse to get bussiness. Sad sorry company!!!

Minor roof damage from Hurricane Ida. Salesman Rob came over in a few days and very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me the quote and explained the whole process. I had to pay half the cost as a deposit before the work would commence. After the work was completed my wife found multiple roofing nails in our driveway. The next morning we went out together searching and found several more. I reached out to my salesman Rob but I never got a response back. I searched all our tires to verify none were stuck in them. That following weekend while mowing the grass I find several more nails. I attempted to contact the salesman Rob again with no response back. I emailed the office with pictures of the nails and my situation and still no reply. I received a text from the office cell phone with a link to pay my remaining balance. I replied with the nail pictures and how negligent the crew was that did my repair. Still no reply back from anyone. So I initiated a call to the main office who put me in contact with management. He apologized and said he had no excuse for the poor customer service I received. I'm assuming he must have notified my salesman because I received an apology text at 10:20pm that night that I didn't reply back to just as he didn't reply back to me previously. The roof repair was done right and couldn't even tell it was repaired. But the negligence and careless of the crew did not make up for it.

Initial company representative was a used car salesperson, extremely unprofessional, and made my wife extremely uncomfortable. We called Garcia and asked that someone else assist with matter. This was all tied to some roofing work they had done for a home we purchased.

Next representatives assured us that they will come out, review, and recommend action. Garcia roofing stated personally that they would fix issue . Then two weeks go by and they say they will not honor the work or promise to fix.

Dishonest, unprofessional, and not trustworthy. This company looked me in the eyes and stated they would fix issue and they did not at the end of the day.

Do NOT use!!!

I had hurricane damage to my roof and gutter last year and had difficulty getting a roofing contractor to even come out due to high demand Since many folks were affected. I was told of this company by a relative that they appeared to be efficient. The initial rep that came out was nice and seemed to be professional. However I realize now, that's how they reel you in. The 1st day the workers were supposed to show up and repair my roof at 8 am. I took time off work to be present. 3 hours later no one had shown up or even called me to let me know what was going on. When I called the company the person handling the job had to call the crew to find out what was going on. She later told me that the crew had an ""emergency roof"" to repair and that's why they were late. They showed up by 1pm. The 2nd date they were supposed to come repair my gutters on a Saturday (which I purposely scheduled so I would not miss work). No one showed up the whole day. It had rained earlier but rest of the day the weather was fine. I did not receive a call that no one was coming at all. Also I called the offices..and of course no one picked up because they were closed for the weekend. No one reached out to me the following Monday either. I had to call them on Monday and inquire why they did not show up for a scheduled job. They said the weather was the issue but of course no one felt the need to call the customer. Of course they rescheduled me for a weekday and I had to take off work again. When the workers arrived finally to complete the gutters they finished the job but left without telling me the job was completed. Their prices are also expensive. I'm questioning all the positive reviews this company gets. I would not recommend this company

Garcia replaced my roof three years ago. They were slightly higher than my other 2 bids, but I went with them based on reviews and reputation. They did a good job and I was pleased. Now three years later, I have a leak and I called them to come look and repair and they would not. They only do warranty repairs on roofs and the warranty for workmanship is only 1 year. I believe they have this policy to avoid confronting workmanship mistakes after the warranty period preventing disgruntled customers from seeking correction. I can't think of any other reason for them doing this.

It's impossible for me to recommend any company that will not even inspect a failure on a job they did. If you use them, just be aware of this policy.

After so many phone calls and NEVER a return call finally got a young man to come out and see where we now have a leak that was not there before. His response,""Manuel will call you."" Like the other return calls it hasn't happened. Once they have the check you are history, never, ever use Garcia.

The estimator rescheduled twice, refuse to provide an estimate until we met with him later. Scheduled to meet at 3 different times, he never called nor showed for the meetings.

I'm updating this review because Gracia really came through. After having several issues, we were contacted by Eddie. He did a FANTASTIC job - he listened to us, apologized for the issues, and reassured us that Gracia values its customers and will stand by the company name. They sent out a new crew and they made sure the job was completed and done well. For my trouble, they even agreed to repair a few more slate roof tiles that had slipped during zeta at no additional cost.

I'm very grateful for Eddie's help, and I'd also give a special shout-out to Eric Thompson and Edward Fakier for their fantastic customer service. The truth is that every construction project will have issues, but ultimately its worth finding a company that works hard to put the customer first. I'm glad we went with Garcia, as I can't think of another company that is willing to go above and beyond like that!

Called them to repair the roof after a storm, most important to them seemed to be how much insurance I had when I told them I had a $5000.00 deduct they reply was ""That's a lot"". More interested in my insurance than my Roof. Also, it appears most of the negative reviews are hidden on many of these reviews so don't forget to click on hidden reviews it could be those are hidden by a financial agreement between Yelp and the reviewed company.

I called three different contactors for quotes and went with Garcia because they had a good sales pitch, however sales and service appear to be different departments. After several delays apparently due to weather they advised they would come out, but did not have my skylights. I opted to wait until the skylights were in. After a few more weeks the crews showed up and we're very professional and did quality work and cleaned as they went, but they had ordered the wrong skylights. They put the old skylights back made things safe. They re-ordered the correct size skylights and we waited 2 additional weeks for the new ones. After arrival and some additional delays the work was completed. Quality work, but scheduling and ordering was not satisfactory.
