Garcia roofing is a cookie cutter roof replacement company. If you are wanting something specific such as assisting with a repitch or solutions to poor roof installing on multiple additions they will not help you. During my one week home buying inspection period, I contacted Garcia to quote my roof. They provided an estimate for complete shingle replacement and partial repitch - which was recommended by their salesman. 3 weeks later when I finally owned the house they wanted to come out and look at it again. At that point even though nothing had changed, they all of a sudden stated I needed an architect for a the repitch. I spent hundreds of dollars with an architect to redesign the roof line which took an additional 2 weeks. After the design was complete I presented it to Garcia and they no longer were interested in performing the work. After 8 weeks I was left to contact other roofing contractors who actually came up with ideas that did not include a repitch. I will not be using Garcia for any of my future roofing needs.

When our roof was being replaced, the workers failed to properly protect the roof. A random summer thunderstorm popped up and it ""rained"" in our house. The project manager acted as though it was no big deal. We ended up having to remove the insulation, the wood floors, and baseboards. They also failed to protect the pool and we ended up with nails and roof materials in the pool. Would Never recommend to family and friends.

Good luck with this place. We went to them after having a horrible experience with Premier South just to have an equally if not more horrible experience with Garcia. Horrible customer service, absolutely horrible customer communication. We signed the contract with them in March and they just maybe finished with our roof 5 months later. I say maybe because we still don't know if it is still leaking because the most recent time they came to attempt to repair it was Thursday of last week and it hasn't rained since. They've had to come multiple times to finish and still haven't. They've installed stuff incorrectly and I had to hire someone else to come fix their work which in the long of it will cost me so much more; but needed it done and couldn't get Garcia to come back before it damaged my home even more than it had. I won't be doing business with them again and I will recommend ever where that I can that you shouldn't either. Seriously consider other options before you think about calling this place, because it won't be in your best interest to call Garcia.

Initial company representative was a used car salesperson, extremely unprofessional, and made my wife extremely uncomfortable. We called Garcia and asked that someone else assist with matter. This was all tied to some roofing work they had done for a home we purchased.

Next representatives assured us that they will come out, review, and recommend action. Garcia roofing stated personally that they would fix issue . Then two weeks go by and they say they will not honor the work or promise to fix.

Dishonest, unprofessional, and not trustworthy. This company looked me in the eyes and stated they would fix issue and they did not at the end of the day.
