Had our roof replaced this summer and couldn't be happier. The workers started early, stayed late and, to me, seemed to finish the entire project much quicker than others in the neighborhood. I chalk that up to the behind the scenes planning as being top notch as well. There was little to no wait between the moisture barrier being installed and tile delivery and install. I've seen other homes wait weeks without tile, not me. A.J and Vanessa were easy to get a hold of and answered all my questions. Very thorough clean-up too which means a lot. Thank you!

My total roof replacement was done in Feb 2017. I am jubilant with Garabar. Inc. Especially Tom Scarp who is super roofing constructor. We had quote before total roof replacement. He gave me details what I need to know. He explained about additional sloping on a partial flat roof I should add on my roof. I glad I took his advice. During the process of my roof replacement, a laborer showed me tapered roof insulation for sloping while he worked on the flat roof. The insurance company loves sloping, not flat roof.
I was aware I had new painted asphalt driveway and garage door. The laborers put plywoods to cover both driveway and garage door to protect from damage when removing the old roof tiles. The laborers removed old plywood from the roof. Tom went up and took the pictures of the beams with wraps metal straps upon my request after I disputed with former careless wind mitigation inspector. So new different wind mitigation inspector I hired and came to changed the codes. I am pleased that Tom took his time to did this for my big favor.The final payment along with Waiver and release of lien documents came up with precise details everything. I am impressive with Tom's effort.
Tip: Take the ladder and take the photos of Polyglass ( white waterproof linens) with the date on the photos before place the new tiles. So wind mitigation inspector can see the pictures. It did affect my wind mitigation code change. Now my homeowner insurance rate cut half after completed with the new roof.
Now My house with new roof tiles, fascia boards and gutters. It looks great. Thanks to laborers also. They are friendly and hard workers. They cleaned up well each time.

Garabar did a great job. The workers were professional and careful, and they cleaned up nicely after the job was complete. Nothing on our property was damaged or defaced during the week-long process. The roof itself is stellar in terms of its appearance and ostensibly solid and meticulous in terms of workmanship. All leaks are gone, and we're very happy with the way it all turned out. We'd recommend Garabar to anyone.

Read before they have this review removed. Terrible experience. This company is a joke. Started having problems just a week after repairs to the roof were ""completed."" Had to wait a week for someone from Garabar to come out and take care of something that was supposed to be done right the first time around. Waiting for them set back the contractor that was to fix all the water damage to the interior of the house costing me extra money and time. Only three months later an independent inspection company performed a roof inspection. The inspection findings included two active leaks on the roof that Garabar roofing supposedly fixed and charged for. I called asking for someone to come out to check it out under their TWO YEAR LEAK WARRANTY. Tom's answer was that they did not perform work in that area of the roof and therefore the warranty did not apply. I sent pictures and the copy of the invoice where it showed the work did take place in that area. Tom acknowledged Garabar did perform work there after the evidence was presented. Tom later stated Garabar would honor the warranty and have someone perform the repair within a couple of days. No one from Garabar called me back to schedule the repairs. I called Tom after a couple of days and he stated the office manager did not schedule a crew. And that's where the fun begins. Was told by the office manager that the AJ (Garabar's owner) is not around very often and he is the only one that is capable of making a decision in my case. Waited for more than two weeks for an answer (following up every other day) but got extremely tired of the games and excuses. Every time I called I was asked to leave a message and no one would call back. At the end I had to hire another roofing company to perform the work after the negligence and bad business practice by Garabar Inc. Beware Tom, AJ, and Vanessa play games with customers and will not take responsibility once they cash your check.

Had to do some roof repairs and Garabar came out and gave a fair estimate. Their team showed up a few days later, as promised, and got the job done. I needed a new piece of plywood on my roof and they didn't bill me any additional amount for it. Very pleased with my experience with Garabar.

But, they proposed a higher quality materials and expressed a real interest in returning my ""Florida style"" home to its original look (this is the 3rd or 4th re-roof).

I had a total of 4 leaks plus three new skylights installed.. The workers started the job when promised and it took three days of continuous hard work, 8:00AM to 5:00PM. They worked steady on the job with only time off for lunch.

The salesman was very informative and pointed out what to expect during construction. Everything went as planned.
