Had so many problems with these people.
1) cought one of the workers pissing on the side of my house.
2) left their food and drink containers all over the yard and roof. When the wind blew hard the food containers and other garbage blew off the roof and into neighbors yard. No one cleaned any of it up after I asked them to.
3) had giant truck block the driveway leaving one of the tenants on the property virtually no room to get through walking let alone a car.
4) had to ask them several times to turn their music down because it was so loud I could hear it over my tv which was already compensating for the work noise.
5) used leaf blowers to clean debree of the roof not caring if it flew off onto someone standing next to the building. Had chunks of roofing material in my hair.
6) left a bunch of old roof debree and chunks in less visible areas.
7) running, jumping and throwing heavy items on the roof causing walls to shake and items to fall of bookcases. (Less noise after complaining, so that means they could have been quieter from the getgo.)
8) outdated contact info on trucks, had to do online search to find contact info to request moving of truck blocking driveway.

Just overall very unprofessional, inconsiderate of tenants and very rude. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I hired Bulberto to replace the gutters at mom's house and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. Bulberto and his team did a fantastic job of replacing old gutters and installing OG seamless aluminum gutters and downspouts for us. Work was done in a day. Very competitive price. I would definitely hire him again for any future roofing and/or gutter work. I highly recommend him.

Bulberto came out to my home 2 years ago after I personally screwed up my gutters in the back of my house - amateurs: don't try this at home :)
He had come as a referral from my neighbor who had his entire roof done along with additional gutters on throughout.
the work they did at my place saved my back patio during our heavy winter rains.
I only needed one gutter (my house has them ""built-in"" everywhere else) BUT it was one 44 foot long gutter. He came out one day, quoted me a price that was reasonable and returned on the scheduled morning with this 44 foot behemoth. The work was completed inside of 2 hours, i haven't had a leak since. I reviewed the work later and noticed they had patched up numerous wear spots in my tar roof to ensure smooth water transition.
Definitely recommend this outfit for their work, speed and price.

These guys are awesome and did great work. I needed to replace my fascia boards and add seamless gutters given they were rotted boards. These guys worked from 7am to 7pm to get the job done for me. The fascia boards, shingles, and gutters all looked good. They even fixed some boards that were damaged that were not part of the work to make everything work. They cleaned up their messes and I had no issues.
