Overpriced, seems like just ok work, their cleanup is mediocre, left a lot of debris everywhere. Good communication to start but once they had our business it was hard to get a hold of someone for answers. Overall an ok job, the roof looks ok, but I've seen better.

Chris Barry called us to see if we would let him inspect our roof and see if it had any damage. At first I was hesitant but he was not pushy at all. He was very respectful and professional so I agreed. Best. Decision. Ever.
We got a new roof because he never dropped the ball with our insurance company.
When it came time to do the job, the crew was super fast and got it done in a day and a half.
Our yard was perfect. Nothing was broken or damaged. And we are very happy with the quality of their work!

Although we are bad at being adults, we are so glad to have worked with Gallery Built Roofing to repair our roof after the 2016 hail storm that hit most of San Antonio.

Once we finally got to it, Taylor was great to work with! He was really flexible in making time for us before, during, and after the job. They worked directly with our insurance company to obtain supplemental reimbursements so we didn't have to do any of that. The work was completed in one day (7:30-5). And overall we are super happy with the end result.

My experience with Gallery Built Roofing Solutions was a pleasant one with quick resolution and no headaches or drama to worry about. I met with Taylor Johnson on a Friday afternoon, when I was available to meet; we talked about my roofing situation, he then looked at my roof and the paperwork from my insurance company. He then advised me of the next steps that were to take place and true to his word, it all happened as he talked about. My roof was redone in 1 day, received a check from my insurance company shortly afterwards, and received several calls from Taylor to ensure I was happy with the work and to answer last minute questions that I had.

Taylor is a true professional who is knowledgeable, helpful, and will go that extra mile to ensure his clients are happy and well taken care of.

I can't believe that my roof was so poorly installed. No one but the foreman spoke English. The shingles haven a clear bonding strip that was not removed so the shingles will not bond as specified. It was a rush job and too cold to install the shingles correctly. The only time I saw the salesman was immediately just before my job was completed. One of the guys driving the dump truck said he had no drivers license. The decking was not cleaned of nails as promised. I felt sorry for the workers they had no workers compensation insurance. One of the guys stuck a nail in his hand and I tried to help but he couldn't in understand English. I read some of the reviews and strongly suspect that they were written by a computer. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have called a third party roofing company to inspect my new roof. Legal or not these workers should have insurance. A young worker had no safety harness and almost fell from two stories to the ground. I checked with my homeowners insurance and was told to never let anyone work on my property without workers compensation and a legal right to work here. I found out that I and my insurance company could be sued if someone got hurt and even worse if they were killed. My neighbor called OSHA and immigration because of what was going on. She was scared that no one had a criminal background check. Workers were smoking and throwing their butts on the grass. Check out and demand a copy of their insurance and find out who is working on the job. You can ask for identification. Take down license plate numbers for all of the workers. I noticed some of the vehicles had no valid inspections. I saw one vehicle with beer cans in the back seat. Honestly it's going to be the same story with most roofing contractors. They are paying the workers nothing and making thousands on each job. Do your homework and investigate before signing a contact. Find out who their supplier is and if they pay their bills. I would strongly advise anyone to make out a check separate to pay the supplier direct. Get a lien release from the workers and contactor. My neighbor hired a roofing contactor last year. Long story short is when they tried to sell their house several liens had been filed for unpaid roofing materials from several jobs charged to their address for almost fifty thousand dollars. The contractor filed bankruptcy and started another roofing company three months later. Hope this review will help. Very unhappy customer.

As a first time home owner, a hail storm is not something you ever want to happen...but it will. It happened twice for me. Brian and team are like no other. Was able to handle most of the insurance ""talk"" for me. Which was very refreshing! Our roof was hit bad! Brian started out as my contractor and roofer. Through this process I learned so much I consider him a friend. There are few people and company's out there that spend the time to respond to every question and not once did I feel as if I was a bother. His work is stellar. Would definitely recommend Brian and his team with Gallery Built Roofing Solutions!!

I cannot say enough good things about Gallery Built. Just before I was ready to close on the sale of my house, the buyer did a final inspection and discovered the roof had severe hail damage from a storm that had just come through. This could have delayed the sale for weeks.

Enter Gallery Built Roofing. First, they worked with the insurance company closely. Then they agreed to start the work in days rather than weeks like other roofers were quoting. Then due to the insurance company screwing up multiple times, they ended up scheduling the job three times, as it had to be rescheduled twice. But, when the insurance company finally approved it, Gallery was there the next day to do the job.

They finished the roof in a day (on a Saturday no less) and it was very high quality. It looks great and the new owner will be very happy for many years to come. My closing was only delayed by a few days versus what could have been much worse.

Finally, since this was an insurance job, they did the entire job without any out of pocket costs from me and without waiting for a check from the insurance company.

Any time any of my other houses need a roof, Gallery Roofing will be the first roofer I call. I highly recommend them.
