We had Andy come out over the weekend. We suspected a roof problem had caused damage in our bathroom. He was very friendly and outgoing as he diagnosed the problem with my wife. He made a repair to a air conditioning condensing line which is kind of out of the scope of a roofer but was very much appreciated. He ruled out roofing issues and suspects our problem may be in the stucco work, he has reccomended a person who can do in depth diagnosing with an infared column, Although we didn't hire him for a project he is very honest, helpful, outgoing and customer oriented.

Andy first fixed a leakage problem for our home in 2014. We just had him fix a built-in problem which was caught early enough to not cause extensive indoor damage but would have if not caught by my wife. Knowing Andy had done a great job 5 years ago I called him and he shuffled his schedule enough to make my schedule problems go away, and he did another excellent assessment and repair/upgrade. Andy is top notch for roof problems. Call him first and you will not regret it. He is the most knowledgeable roof repairman and upgrade expert I've come across, and I cannot say enough good things about him.

This review is way over due. Andy came out to inspect and repair the roof of a home I inherited last year. He took pictures and then emailed me a summary of a couple of areas of concern. He then came back to repair those areas which survived those high wind storms last winter. I highly recommend Galaxy Roofing, he deserves 6 Stars in my book!!!

Marcia and Andy are the best!!!! Marcia is very compassionate and goes above and beyond to help. Ditto for Andy. Andy spent 2 1/2 hrs helping me to diagnose the cause of a leak that turned out not be a roofing issue. He took multiple pictures and advised me on next steps for solving the problem. Andy is more than incredible and he will definitely exceed your expectations in every way. He never postpones any appointments. He tells you when he can get there and is on time. I so much appreciated that.

During the estimate, he took many clear pictures of our roof challenges and explained in an email what must be done. Oh and his prices are very competitive.

When the work was completed and on time, he took even more pictures of his corrected great work. He even took the ugly moss off and made sure it doesn't go into gutters.

Happy to know a good roofer!
I called Galaxy Roofing after a rain storm and Andy said he could come out to look at my leaky tile roof on that following Monday. He took some pictures with his iPhone and showed me where the roof was leaking and all the leaves and the dirt. He explained to me how the rain was getting past the roof paper and dripping into my kitchen.
We just had rain here last night. It was heavy at times and I thought of Andy. It is so nice that my roof did not leak. I trust Andy and his knowledge about roofs.
I am happy with the roof repair and I like that he is close by. If my roof ever has a problem again, I will be sure to call Andy. (916) 984-7040

I give Andy high marks. I needed a ridge vent installed as my attic space had barely any ventilation to speak of. He came out, gave a fair quote and got to work in the heat of summer.

After the work was done, Andy took the time to explain possible problem areas of my roof that I should be aware of in the future. I appreciated the extra bit of information, as all too often people take the roof over their heads for granted and don't think about it until it's too late. He is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.

I've worked with Andy at Galaxy Roofing on two homes in Folsom and Eldo Hills. He takes very detailed pictures of everything he's doing on the roof so you know exactly what needs to be repaired, why it needs o be repaired and how much it will cost. Plus, he always looks to do more and exceed expectations. There is no one else I want on my roof.

Andy was very quick in minimizing leak damage on our roof. When the weather broke he did a great job in repairing the years of leak damage. The great thing about Andy is that he is honest and personal. He takes the time to explain the who, what, when and where of your roofing situation. The only downside is that Andy has limited resources and you will have to be patient during the rainy season.

I've had Andy at Galaxy Roofing work on my roof twice. His work is excellent, he responds quickly, starts and completes the work on time. He went ahead and certified my roof for the buyers. I was out of town the last time and he even brought in my trash can. I would use him again if I hadn't moved.
