If I could give these people 0 stars, I would. For everyone out there who's planning on getting their roofs done, find someone else. Galaxy Construction came to redo my roof in May and did a completely horrible job. A few weeks later when it started raining, we found that water leaked into my closet. We found that they had taken off a piece of siding on my house while redoing my roof that caused a crack (which I discovered today after going to inspect the problem myself). This caused tons of water damage and mold and ruined many of my possessions on top of that! I've reached out many, many times over the past 7 months, and each time they came out, they spent only about 15-30 minutes and then left, saying they fixed the problem. They refused to acknowledge that they had made an error or reimburse for the ""work"" that they charged me to ""fix"" the problem on top of the damages their mistake has caused, which was STILL NEVER FIXED. Now every time it rains, my closet becomes soaked and my house continues to get water damage and mold. I have attached pictures of the damages below.

Continued attempts to try and contact this management team has resulted in no help whatsoever. They refuse to contact me regarding this matter and it has been over 7 months of them constantly going in and out of my house doing absolutely nothing. They cheated me and ruined my house, putting me and my family at risk. This company does not deserve to be a part of the National Roofing Contractors Association with the shoddy work that they do! Whatever you do, DO NOT choose these people to redo your roof if you want your house to be safe and free of water damage. It baffles me how they received an A+ rating from the BBB. If you want to know an honest customers opinion, I promise you do not trust these people.
